  1. You can find some in the Development Resources section.
  2. It'll be hard, I'll tell you that. A lot of people have moved away from IV for PC, so it's either a clan, or some really small group nobody's heard about. Most small groups don't let other people just join, so you'll have to create one, or find someone who's willing to accept you out of the blue like that. Code Zero started off small, and then found several YouTubers.
  3. LOL, yea. But, I tried multiple other cars, and they worked fine. You know I can't live without ELS :(
  4. Cool. LOL, STD8? "Yo bro! I just got an STD8!" "Brooo!!!! So cool! Can I try out your STD?!?!"

  6. I built my computer a little while back. I got it working on October 4th, and everything has been going just great. My game is nice and smooth, I can run an ENB and all that stuff. Recently, I reinstalled my game, and there's a lot of lag - increasing every day. I used to be able to get 70FPS when I wasn't recording, now it drops down to 40, sometimes even 30. The lag is sort of temperamental, so one second I'll have 70 FPS, the next 50, the next 35, and the next back up to 50, etc. I've had to put my LCPDFR videos on a pause, and I really have no idea what may be causing this. 1 stick of RAM also died on me (no clue how), so I'm running on 4GB RAM until my 16GB will arrive on the 22nd. Could the issue have anything to do with the lack of RAM, and how I'm running an ENB with modded cars and all? My GPU doesn't seem like it's dying, because everything is working fine. I also recently cleaned all the dust out of the GPU, and the rest of the components, so the fans should be all clean, and should be keeping the inside of the case cool. I've been searching for causes everywhere, but I didn't find anything. Could anyone possibly help?
  7. I'm definitely interested in being an officer.
  8. It's okay. Some number plates with numbers would be appreciated. Maybe if you put like 97 on it, or something.
  9. Well, I did make one. It wasn't really a Christmas tree, but the lights were well balanced in my opinion.
  10. Yeah, no. As good as the CVPI was, the Taurus is much better. It looks good and was a workhorse, but the mileage was terrible, they would probably only last about 2 years, and they were getting old, as well as the technology. You'll probably never see one again, but you just have to deal with it.
  11. So you're telling me, you'd rather have this whole operation gone, when we don't know 100% it still exists? And before you try and prove me wrong by saying it does exist, I won't believe you unless you work for the NSA, are a member in the President's Cabinet, an FBI agent, or any other sort of intelligence agency in Washington/rest of the US. Now, I mean, I really don't care. I like it, it makes you think you're safe, if you know what I mean. Just like willpv said, the citizens will never trust a government (unless we go back to 1780 and George Washington is President), and vice-versa. We are in the top 3 in population - which is a big, big number; therefore, we need a government that will watch over us and find out if anything suspicious is happening. If you've watched "NOVA: The Spy Factory" (was on PBS, and still is on Netflix), it shows NSA agents tracing down phone calls of terrorist activity. It was either on NOVA or Killing bin Laden - one of the two. My point is, many people don't like the NSA watching over us, but I do. It ensures some protection, and even if it does, at least the citizens think they're safe, which was one of the main goals of the Founding Fathers.
  12. It's for the better. I have nothing to hide, and to be honest, maybe there are no terrorists, but I'm sure that's because the NSA have scared them off. I'm sure all the terrorists and other violent rioters know that they are being watched, which is great. I'm not going to sign the petition for those reasons. I think it's fine the NSA are watching us, as much as I like to joke around. The NSA does it for our good, and you guys shouldn't have anything to hide. The NSA will not care unless they deem you suspicious. Come on guys, have some faith in the gov't :) You just went full retard Canadian. The NSA is a surveillance group that have recently been accused of extracting and analyzing data from mobile phones within the United States, without the citizens' permission - which they have every right to do, since I'm pretty sure that there's some sort of elastic clause in our constitution, and if not, the same one from the 1790s. lolwut? I call BS. Not going against you, or anything.
  13. That's exactly what I thought! Except I bet it's like in the animations img file or something.
  14. Exactly what Foward said. We tell everyone time after time, but it's always the same thing.
  15. Exactly. But I don't want to be affiliated with any mod theft or leakage. Especially since some people may get offended, or worried.
  16. Yeah, EVIs. There are a couple of Taurus models here, especially Cj24's, but most of them are unreleased, due to the fact there was one unlocked, but the permissions were kind of shady. Basically what happened was the guy who made it (let's call him Danny), gave it to a guy called (let's call him Tom). So then Tom gave this model to a couple of people, and then Tom also gave people release permissions. But, Danny isn't here to confirm whether we have them or not, which causes the lack of Taurus models, since there really is only 1 base one. Hope that explained a bit.
