  1. Not bad, not bad at all! Good job!
  2. I really like it! Perhaps it could use some markings on the front, so like a mirrored image of "HOVE BEACH POLICE" on the hood, or something along the lines of that. Definitely a solid 4.9/5. Just that little tiny bit of emptiness towards the front.
  3. I seem to be the same way. Although I don't crash often, it's expected for one to crash after omitting the female breasts from one's game after heavily modifying it.
  4. LOL, I love the concept, but it's kinda funny how you made it a Prius xD
  5. Mustu commented on DJSharke's gallery image in GTA IV Galleries
  6. I mean, I could *attempt* to do the models, if they aren't ridiculously time consuming like my hometown's. I'll give it a shot, but I strive for accuracy, so I think I'll have to find some more videos tomorrow morning and go off of there. Just to clarify, I haven't promised anything. Try not to nag at me for not doing them in the end, please :P
  7. Very interesting..... A Prius taxi equivalent for IV...
  8. Haha, nice! That earpiece is a nice touch, too!
  9. Y u give GADers so much?
  10. Not trying to be a d**k, but he did mention for it to be incorporated within LCPDFR itself. Anyway, not to totally strike down the idea, it would be hard for that sort of animation, and also, a lot of people seem to get at the realism aspect of things, but GTA IV is just a game. Real cops don't shoot at a suspect's legs unless they are super dangerous. Myself and others, on the other hand, want to save the time of running in a virtual game and wasting time chasing after someone. Although it's a nice idea, like I said in the previous request, the development team get offered lots of new ideas, but they have to pick the best of the best.
  11. Since everyone seems to have the nitty gritty covered, I'll just try and give you some somewhat useful tips. I can tell that you aren't wanting a new computer, so you obviously don't want to upgrade a s**t ton, and I totally understand that. First things first, you have to see if your motherboard will be able to incorporate the GPU, just to be safe, even though 9/10 you're fine when it comes to motherboard compatibility. Since your CPU doesn't seem all that powerful straight out of the box, I would strongly recommend you get something at least 2.8GHz straight out of the box, since overclocking isn't the safest thing to do either. One thing a lot of PC builders face is bottlenecking, which essentially means there is something restricting a component from performing to its full potential. So, if your GPU was too strong for your PSU, you would encounter a "bottleneck" situation, restricting the GPU from performing as well. As for your PSU, that is a must to upgrade before getting this new GPU of yours. The PSU is very important, and your PC may not even power up if the GPU you end up getting is too powerful for it. To sum that up in 3 easy steps, 1) make sure your motherboard will support the new GPU 2) possibly get a new CPU 3) avoid bottlenecking by getting a new PSU.
  12. Actually, this would be nice. In all fairness, it is quite hard for the development team to incorporate all the ideas we have to offer them, so often, only the best of the best are picked. Although this is a nice idea, I'm sure a lot of people can come up with issues it may/may not cause, with crashing more often one of the main factors.
  13. How ironic. I was actually speaking with one of the Management members here about having a dedicated forum section entirely for real life emergency services. Anyway, back on topic, being in one of the metropolitan suburbs of Los Angeles, I find it unbelievable yet another officer was killed, the 3rd one in these 4 months, and especially in a vehicle accident, just as the previous fallen officer was killed. My condolences go out to his family and others affected by the loss.
  14. No, honestly, it's not a poorly scripted game. A lot of people around here run the epitome of modded games, so crashes are common, simply because we run a lot of scripts. People like Ineseri, Olanov, and Custo run it vanilla, so crashes are uncommon. I don't think it's poorly scripted, I think it's poorly ported, and I think Rockstar sorta blew off the fact that people would be modding the game.
  15. The font is kind of basic, and the contours don't really complement the LCPD logo on the hood. 3/5
  16. Yeap, sorry. It's 9:32 PM, I've been awake since 5:30, ran a mile, and went to the gym. So, that's why I feel as though I'm drunk right now.
  17. Definitely the Code 3 Touchmaster Delta. The Irvine PD (hometown PD) responded to this, and I know for a fact they use the Touchmaster Delta.
