Dynamic Lighting System
Shouldn't your question be the other way round? 😉 ELS: only available with specific cars (ELS enabled), probably allows more in-depth options for lightings, complicated mechanic DLS: available for any car (including vanilla), simple and nice options for lights and sirens, "medium hard" to learn (if you're in the slightest bit into coding: easy) It's up to you. Both of them have their pro's and con's.

Is it possible to include verbal commands for buddys/partners? E.g. if I'd like them to stop or follow, switch when guarding, to pat down the ped they're guarding or perform a breathalizer/drugalizer

I'd like an Option to toggle if the traffic moves over without siren running (lights only). I'm using DLS and steady burn when cruising and traffic isn't supposed to get out of the way in these situations.

Dynamic Lighting System
I encountered a little issue regarding the UI: Above the indicators for TA state (left, div, right, warn), there are 3, 4, 5 or 6 small bars. Checking the "Templates" folder I noticed there are two versions of any file, e.g. "4_l_off.png" and "4_l_on.png", "4_cl_off.png" and "4_cl_on.png" and so on. The off-files show a small grey bar while the on-files show a small yellow bar. It seems to me the bars in the UI should flash as well in the rhyth of the TA ... but they don't. The TA indicators are working properly. How can I get the small bars to work? The above mentioned png-files aren't covered in the "UI-HOWTO.txt" or any other of the help files in "DOCUMENTATION". EDIT: Currently I'm only testing with vanilla models and the included POLICE.xml

Better EMS
@KnightHawkOneo How did you call for EMS? If you're using UB-interface, the regular EMS will respond. For Better EMS to respond you have to use the specific keys.

is there a pack of DLS configs for all default vehicles?
@MidgeWere you successful in finding a pack? I just downloaded and tried DLS but without any further configuration it works only for vanilla POLICE (with LED bar; the classic beacons don't support steady burn).

To unhook the vehicle you have to hold H on your keyboard (tested, works!) )or hold right on D-Pad (not tested). Just found it on a page from 2013! 😄

@GTAbear ... finally! I tested your script on several junctions. My findings were similar to yours: Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The more cars the worse it gets. For example some cars/drivers "refuse" to follow to the designated target even though I pressed Num9 multiple times or held it. The front wheels are moving left to right and vice versa but they still don't accelerate. I tried to combine it with Scene Manager to give general directions and move those cars, which don't comply, to the right direction using your script. But some of them still gave me a hard time. I'm afraid the AI is more "A" than "I" and forces me to give up some immersion. I'll have to stick with deleting some traffic via console or scripts (e.g. Scene Manager or Clean Up The Mess). If your want to keep working on your script, I'll keep testing and provide you with feedback but if your don't I'm totally fine with it. In any case: Thanks a lot for your effort! 🙂👍

I played LSPD:FR two years ago and didn't for a longer time. My last version of this script was 1.4. One week ago I reactivated everything and updated my scripts. I noticed different ("missing"?) events in the ini-files and would like to know what happened to them. 🙂 I also noticed a different name of the SuperEvents.dll (SuperEvents2.dll). Is it possible to use both of them? SuperEvents.ini (Version 1.4) SuperEvents.ini (current Version 2.2)

Forestry Callouts
Maybe it's an error on my side or it's just an inbuilt feature: I have to press the interaction key for every line of dialogue. In other callout packs the whole dialogue enrolls after the first keypress. If it's an error: What do you need to check on it? If it's a feature: Why did you implement it this way? Wouldn't it be easier to start everything with just a single key?

Oh, that would be great, thank you very much! Propably you're familiar with "Stop The Ped". It contains a function to stop a car on the street. The cop uses a flashlight with a colored dome ("OnFootTrafficUseWandKey"), when he stops it. It would be nice, if the cop in your script would wave it when giving orders. After understanding how the orders are given, I'll provide you with further feedback.

Thanks. I've fiddled around with it and if there's no other working script, I'll have to leave it with that. Unfortunately it isn't supported any more and I'm afraid, it's just a matter of time till it doesn't work anymore. Drivers are behaving weird already from time to time. Thanks for your offer but I don't know how to code at all and if the game overwrites the directions, it must be frustrating in another way. 😐
