  1. Make sure you have the updated version of ScriptHookV in addition to ensuring the vehicles are actually ELS with the ELS files installed properly. ELS files (.xml) should be in the pathway ELS/pack_default. Also ensure your ASI loader in OpenIV is enabled, find this by searching for the "ASI manager" in the top bar of OpenIV. While you are here, you should enable the Open Camera and the OpenIV.asi.
  2. Rename your mods folder to _mods and see if the game loads from there. If it loads successfully, you have an issue with your mods folder. Undo any changes you have done previously, such as changes to your update.rpf file, and try again. If it does not load successfully after renaming the mods folder, please attach a new rage log as you did when you created the post.
  3. Appreciate you noticing, my translation clearly did not come out correctly from Czech!
  4. Try removing ScriptHookVdotnet from the main directory and try again (ScriptHookVdotnet3 is the one in particular showing your unhandled exception). Also try renaming your scripts folder to _scripts.
  5. There are some vehicles that are only meant to have stage 3 lighting. Firstly, ensure the vehicle you are installing is actually ELS, non ELS will automatically go to your full stage 3 lightings. If the vehicle allows stage 3 lighting and it just happened to be defaulted to stage 3 only, follow the below instructions. Find the correlating .xml file for the ELS vehicle Should be named something like police as an example All ELS files should go into els/pack_default, if it is not here, move it here. Edit the file simply by opening it. You can use notepad as a default, though I am using an app called Kate that allows me to edit these files, which is why the screenshots I attached look much different compared to what you will be looking at in notepad. There is no difference otherwise and will function the same for you. Find <LstgActivationType>value</LstgActivationType> in the file. You can search for it using F3, but only search for LstgActivationType Change automatic, or whatever the value is, to manual, and save the file. ELS controls:
Ambos valores son car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on y car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on (For English users who read this forum later on)
  7. Find the SlimDx file in the main directory. Right click on the file and find properties, click properties. Go to security Click edit permissions Give the file permissions to Read, List Folder Contents, and Read & Execute. Restart your PC It is possible you may need to do this for your entire Grand Theft Auto V folder, though the error is specifically with that file. If both of these do not work, try reinstalling your Windows .net framework.
  8. Try launching the game, and when it gets to "story mode", do not close the game but go back to your desktop and launch RPH from there. --- (PT) Tente iniciar o jogo e, quando chegar ao "modo de história", não feche o jogo, mas volte para a área de trabalho e inicie o RPH a partir daí.
  9. Does this still occur when you remove the vehicles XML files from the ELS directory? Also, find Main.DisableGameBlipHiding in Grand Theft Auto V/lspdfr/lspdfr.ini (configuration file) and set false to true.
  10. Make sure you installed all the files for both. Both should come with audio files, ensure these are installed in the correct location if you have them installed. There should be a readme attached to the download.
  11. For good measure, ensure your SLIMDX file is up to date, and LSPDFR overall is up to date. This can be acquired from the manual install version of LSPDFR. If this does not happen to work, try ensuring your drivers, particularly your Graphics Driver, is up to date with updates.
  12. Here are some other things you can try: Try running the game without LSPDFR, RPH, or ScripthookV (if you happen to have it) running. Simply put, just launch GTAV and see if it loads. If it does not load, try verifying your game files. Ensure you have added your entire Grand Theft Auto V folder as an exception to your antivirus. The steps may vary depending on the antivirus you have installed on your computer, so a quick search on the internet may help. Make sure you have no other overlays running, such as Discord, Steam, GeForce, Xbox Game Bar, or software like "RivaTuner". Find GTAV.exe in your main game directory, right click and find properties (Propriedades) and find the security (Segurança) tab. From here, click on edit by the permissions (Permissões) options, and ensure you have allowed each of the permissions on that tab. Special permissions do not need to be modified. Also, do this step over again, except for the entire folder.
  13. Ensure you have the latest version of RageNativeUI, which can be found here: https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases Also, when launching RPH, hold you left shift key for about 5-10 seconds and change the plugin threshold timeout to 60000. From there save and launch.
  14. The type of vehicle you are using might not have the proper flags for the ability to initiate a traffic stop on AI. Ensure the model has the flags FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT and FLAG_EMERGENCY_VEHICLE in the vehicles.meta associated with the vehicle. Search for the model name when editing the file and scroll until you find <flags>. vehicles.meta can be found at: mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5 For the random vehicle spawning, assuming you are using simple trainer, you may have a keybind that spawns vehicles without the menu needing to be open. Simply disable the keybinds option of Simple Trainer in the options tab. If you are using another trainer, I am not sure as to where you can disable this. There is also the possibility that there is a mod, such as a trailer mod, spawning a vehicle when you click the keybind, though that is theoretical.
  15. Please attach a new log so I can see if there is anything different. Please also try installing LSPDFR manually instead of the automatic installation. Simply drag and drop those files into the main Grand Theft Auto V folder. --- (PT) Anexe um novo log para que eu possa ver se há algo diferente. Tente também instalar o LSPDFR manualmente em vez da instalação automática. Simplesmente arraste e solte esses arquivos na pasta principal do Grand Theft Auto V.
  16. Try visiting commandline.txt in your main directory, clear its contents, and save. Do not delete the file itself. Launch RPH again. ---- (PT) Tente visitar commandline.txt em seu diretório principal, limpe seu conteúdo e salve. Não exclua o arquivo em si. Inicie o RPH novamente.
  17. Please reply with your RagePluginHook.log. This is a text file in your main directory, simple drag and drop it from your folder into your reply box. I can help you further from there! (PT found below if you would understand that better 🙂 )
  18. There are some vehicles that developers only incorporate one stage of vehicle lighting, sometimes this is just a default, atleast this is what it sounds like to me. In the ELS file according to the vehicle, ensure the line containing "<LstgActivationType>value</LstgActivationType>" has the value of manual instead of, I believe of which, could be set to automatic. Automatic, or whatever the default is, would result in the vehicle going directly to stage 3 instead of your stage 1 and 2. However again, there is always the possibility that the vehicle developer does not have stage 1-2 lighting for the vehicle, though that is unlikely.

There are various ways you can do this. Install Radiance V Change your post FX and Shader Quality to High or Ultra It is likely you have this already, though it is really up to how you wish for it to look. Change your visualsettings.dat manually to your liking. Navigate to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data Ensure edit mode is active, right click on visualsettings.dat and edit the file. Find car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on Some recommended values are 500, though its up to personal preference on what you want your vehicle to look like. Both values are car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on and car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on
  20. Here are some general things to try, as I don't see any particular error in your log. Find your commandline.txt in your main directory and clear it's contents. Do not delete the file itself. Rename your mods folder to _mods If you can successfully load into game after doing this, there is an issue with one or more mods you installed recently. Change the plugin threshold timeout to 60000. When opening rage, hold your left shift button for about 5-10 seconds.
  21. Here are some other things to try: Find your commandline.txt file in the main directory and clear its contents. Do not delete the file. If this does not work, rename your mods folder to _mods and try again.
  22. Those typically indicate AI that are in an enemy state or attack mode. Such as running into their vehicles, shooting (though typically county), and uncompleted missions.
  23. It sounds like there is something to do with your mods folder as you mentioned. I would try removing any recently installed mods and see which may be causing the issue. Though, it is always possible it is more than one.
  24. You are in the wrong pathway. Go to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5 and edit that vehicles.meta. That pathway does not modify vanilla slots/vehicles. If you do not have a vehicles.meta in that pathway or that pathway does not exist, ensure edit it mode is on and go to update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5 and click "copy to mods folder". Then modify the tint value to the "0x00FFFFFF" value like you intended for those vehicle slots as you were doing for this vehicles.meta.
I have so far loved this pack, and yes, there is room for improvements. I had fun Alpha testing this pack for the previous version and am looking forward to the planned callouts and some that have been suggested!
