    The OIV is there. its a .rar file it should contain a folder called "OCRP Postal Code Map OIV&SP" inside that folder it'll have files titled "INI files", "OIV SP", and a ReadMe.

    In extras, Click the blue download next Postal Code Map OIV for SP.rar it should download. The OIV is there. YOU DOWNLOADED THE Wrong File.

    Try disabling ActiveAIBackup in the .ini. Set ActiveAIBackup = true to ActiveAIBackUp = false

    Disable the callout for now through the .ini. I' m working on a new update so I will work on a fix for this.

    It should work fine with Callout Interface. I never had an issue with it.

    You loaded the plugin twice. You only need to load the plugin once.

    Thanks and I am fully aware of the FPS and Crashing Issue. A fix for this is underway and a update for this issue should be released tomorrow. As it's being tested by my me and my testers. - JJ
