The OIV is the callout icon for notifications (It clearly tells you when you drag and drop it into OpenIV). It does not mess with your map mod or EUP in anyway. I have tested this multiple times and it works as intended for its use. You may need to update your SHVDN-Nightly.

For the userresponses.xml, do we need to follow the format it has? Like does it have to be in an exact format so it doesn't cause the plugin to crash? My biggest fear is modifying it without following a proper format then the plugin will crash when loading it in. Thanks,

The addon alllows you to walk in without having to use any trainer cause its an MLO. Without the addon, you can't enter and the callout will not spawn the ped. There is more locations for that callout than the YouTool Addon location. You can just ignore the callout if the Addon bothers you that much. That location has been removed in the upcoming 5.0.19.3 update coming in April.

Y'all need to drag and drop the provided IPT.Common.dll from this mod into main gta directory then replace it with an updated one with CalloutInterface. This plugin 100% Works.

It varies on the callout. Some are randomized and some are in the city or blaine county. I am working on more county wise.

It works well with ClearTheWayV with no issues.

it spawns right in the middle inside of your car, you have to modify the offsets with the GrapplerConfigureOffset command.

This is not a plugin, this is a data file modification which should belong in Visuals & Data category
