Might be your internet. If you have played with other players, you could try to make your own server and play alone in there and see if it still says that, or ask one of your friends to make a server where you could join and test if it still says that. But Ive actually played LCPD:FR a few times in multiplayer but me and my friends only had LCPD:FR, weapon mods and a few car mods. Nothing else, so maybe if you have like scripts mods, graphics mods etc those may make the game say that

^ True that, L.A. Noire is a damn epic game, so is ARMA 2 with all its RPG mods :) And ofc other mods too. On the Steam's sale I actually bought Alan Wake, Alan Wake American's Nightmare, Dead Island GOTY, Test Drive Unlimited 2 and Driver San Francisco. They are pretty damn nice games too :)

GTA V? Do you mean GTA IV? Also, no need to have the disk version, the one you can buy from Steam for example works.

A few cops around I see.. lol :P Nice shot tho -
Started to chase an Escalade in my Suburban a while back (Notice that I had Simple Fuel Mod on...) so I chased it for a while and completely forgot about the fuel, well then I noticed the gas meter when there was only fuel for about 2meters left lol So my car stopped and the suspect got away..... And I had to walk to the nearest station to get a new police car :P
