Yeah, I saw it when it was uploaded :D And Ive Liked the authors Facebook page so Ive seen the update screens along time ago ;) But I dont know about the LCPD:FR, maybe it works maybe not? :D

If you use Game4Video ENB you should try this one: http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/game4video-enb-107-f17186 The other version give me black screen also, but this version doesnt :)

Objects.ini file you put to the main folder, then ingame you load the objects with the Trainer (see this: http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/script-data-file-modification-tutorials/how-to-install-and-load-object-mods-r26) And I dont think the Thumbs.dp is needed, Ive always just left it to the .rar
