So unless you are a cop, and you have permission from your chief of police to drive that car as a daily driver vehicle, you are driving illegally and at anytime you could be pulled over fined and your vehicle taking away. Now that's a entire different story if you even flash the lights or press the siren button for even a second and get caught.... Anyways, Right now I drive a 2003 chevy malibu and this summer I plan on getting a 1966 ford mustang....

That is if you don't have that 1 there, other wise its really fast and it will cause your game to crash a lot when its going that fast. The 1 makes it so you can see the light bar have effects and makes it go very fast, with out that 1 the light bar will look dim and slow. Trust me these are the settings I use and it isnt slow, if anything I still think its a little bit to fast.

It already does support multiplayer just need to change a setting... I dont see a option for PC so I will just add my own option. PC When the PS4 and Xbox 720 come out they will be out of date with in weeks... Im never going leave PC gaming...

1.) There is no need to have that extra unless your going to run like 400 fans. As this build stands it uses around 444 WATTs. That 600 watt power supply is plenty... Now lets say I add another hard drive, that only adds about 20 more watts. No need for that extra 50.... If anything you could go with a 550 and be fine. 2.) Gigabyte has a horrible reputation with motherboards failing, has terrible customer support. ASUS motherboards have been the top selling motherboards, they are reliable, customer support is awesome, and ther motherboards have features that no other company has. That one I linked, has a built in trouble shooter, has lights that can tell you if something isnt working right. Such as the RAM, Graphics card, CPU ect... I have used Gigabyte before I had that motherboard for about 3 months before it died on me... My first motherboard was an old ASUS and it lasted about 3 years (it still works, as I use it to trouble shoot PSU's and graphics cards) before I decided to upgrade and get a better CPU. Right now I have a ASUS motherboard and I haven't had 1 problem since I got it about 5 months ago. I meant to link a heatsink don't know why I didn't. But the only reason why I didnt link the 660TI is because this is a demo build people build off of and take stuff off and add different things on. I would highly recommend a 660TI, but if you are on a budget thats when you get the 660...

If you would take about 10 seconds to search the internet you could fine hundreds of cars of your need. Also I know there is a few Indiana police skins on this website and alot of others like it.... Why don't you just have a notepad file of the links to the cars, then link to the skins and have people just install them? Thats what I did with my old clan...Easy, don't have to worry about copy right, and if people are to lazy to do that then well you don't need them....

Use Steam its world wide and has most games.... its legal and as you have to pay for the games....

WAIT WAIT WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok to make things clear these are the things you will have to update. CPU you will need atleast a I3+ I would recommend an Intel I5 2500k or intel i5 3570k. Now for graphics card any card in the 500 series or 600 series will get the job done. I would reommend a Geforce GTX 660.... You will also have to get a new motherboard let me link you a few parts that can help you get started. Now this depends on what power supply do you have? Need at least a 575 watt one.... Just to let you know normally when you buy a new CPU and your upgrading you normally have to buy new RAM, new motherboard, ect.... Here is the build with an I5 (highly recommend this build) Actually I will PM you it, forgot you can't have more then 3 links in a post....

Another thing, getting a tattoo will take you away from getting into anything else then patrol if they even hire you.... Can't go under cover, cant join SWAT or anything.. Most departments around me are firing cops because they have tattoos visible or not...

That computer will run any game you want with out you being disappointed, should run most games on ultra graphics with pretty good FPS. Have fun with your new computer!!!
