Before you go telling people what has cons and what has pros use the programs 1st. The only difference between FRAPS and Bandicam is that bandicam uses a different file format that makes it easier on the computer... So in every signal way besides that they are almost the same.... But with bandicam that different file format it makes the files really big, unlike fraps that uses a different format that uses more CPU power then bandicam...

As I said a few months ago, use bandicam, the only thing I don't like about bandicam is it can't pick up on more then 2 different program sounds. Like if im talking on teamspeak and playing a game the game will either be really load and my voice will be very quiet or the other way around. BTW you have to buy both...

No you won't be able to run GTA 4 with that..... If you can manage to launch it, it will run really slow and unplayable....

OMG OMG OMG!!!!!

Well about a month ago, I was on a ride along with a police department by me. We get a call to assist with a high risk traffic stop. So we end up going code 3 to the scene and we arrive about 2 minutes later. Was really cool going lights and sirens through heavy traffic as it was rush hour. We were the 4th car to arrive soon after about 4 other squads arrived to help close down the free way because this high risk traffic stop involved a man with a gun. So they get everyone out at gun point and cuff them. Later I was informed that the driver pointed a gun at a 6 year old and a 8 year old well driving down the road because they made funny faces at them.

Computers will always go further in gaming then the xbox or the ps3 or even the game cube (Dont think they even make that anymore) I don't think computer gaming will ever die, because once you get a pretty good computer it last for years to come with out updating. Getting popular on youtube isn't easy, most of those people you see with millions of few's payed big bucks for that. (around $100-$200) I use to have a simi popular youtube channel, tell I closed it down and then decided to make a new one the same day -.-... You need to make videos that people will be like that is so !@#$ing cool. Like on my old channel the video that got me simi popular was showing off a nuclear bomb in arma 2. Just look around and see what games videos are getting big fews and why.... It just takes time, sooner or later you will get that one video that will get thousands of fews and that will be your start. Ok those police officers don't think anything of it. But im pretty sure state troopers will care and they won't give a rats ass who you are....

Before I suggest anything, make sure your 100% positive about the lights you can put on your truck. I know around here they only allow them in the grill and no where else. Being caught with lights in the wrong place can get you arrested and your vehicle auction off or destroyed! Another thing know your limits on what you can do with the lights, once again around here you can't go through red lights and you can only go 10 over the speed limit. When responding to a fire call and what not. Anyways... If you really want to be a cop, so bad that your going to buy a retired cop car. Then don't be a cop. ((Those are the exact words from a police chief)) When you do go and apply at a police department and they find out you drive a retired police interceptor they will probably laugh in your face. The chief of police I know in my area said people who want to make police things 100% of there life never get hired because then they don't ever coup if something happened. Because they have police stuff all around them..... Will always remind them of what happened and they will never be able to take a break from it. Lets say Johnson gets killed in the line of duty, you are heart broken so they give you a few days off. Every time you look outside you see a retired police car, guess what is going to come back and haunt you?....
