  1. When i use this ENB:http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/best-low-end-enb-series-only-2-8-fps-drop-d-f22485 All my glass in car windows, the glass on lightbars and everything transparent is gone, meaning on LED lightbar i have just the LEDs and on Rotary i just have the actual halogen lights :(
  2. T'is exactly what was on my mind! It's finally gone past the primitive ways of it adding the ability to do basic police actions and finally got into the real RP! Well said good sir.
  3. Just a quick tip, you got the 1.0 the wrong way around mate!
  4. I like the video but that British accent seems very exaggerated, i know no one around here with an accent as strong as that haha
  5. Only as offensive as what the police force of Liberty City say to the criminal they're raping, to be fair.
  6. I FIND THIS VERY OFFENSIVE INDEED GOOD SIR
  7. Same as above, pretty pointless thread, there has already been many suggestion threads, sorry man!
  8. Anyone know how you change the manual siren?
  9. Yes, you also need to tell us what you plan to get out of your system. For about 1200 dollars you can get a 1080p rig, or for 800 a 1080 (lowered settings/720p higher settings) rig.
  10. You totally should, I (and i'm sure the community) would love to use those!
  11. Awesome, will fit in great when RPing.
  12. How do i change the manual siren setting? I'd like to set it up as the yelp, at the moment it's a wail.
  13. Yep, i count around 7 reinstalls due to the game not working. Anyone got ideas on this?
  14. The new PC was custom built, and i can't see any CPU hogs or memory hogs that i don't know about. I'm running Windows 7. I'm fairly sure it's the latest patch as it's a fresh install thru Steam which auto updates. I'll try toning down shadows as i know that's demanding, and my water is already on low. I really want to get this fixed!
  15. Hey, i've just got a new PC and it runs GTA IV fine. The FPS is really nice. But that isn't the problem. Every 2 seconds the game goes slow and it stutters. When this isn't happening (during the 2 sec period) it works fine, nice and fast. Here is my specs: AMD A8 6600k 4.2ghz 8gb 1600mhz RAM A 6670 dual graphics (it works with the integrated graphics of the APU/CPU) Other games work fine Thanks
  16. Also, don't list this kind of topic without specs. You'll get a lot of people shouting at you, haha.
  17. I use a ASUS VH222H 22" (i think, it's 1920x1080), i absolutely love it. It was worth 150 quid when it first came out in 09!
  18. To be honest i don't know if it does, 1Gb memory cards sometimes struggle to reach that higher resolution and still perform good. The processor on the HP seems alright enough to run it. I would say that you could reach around 25-30fps on low-medium settings, possibly more. But that's just my opinion and i don't know crap about PCs and how GTA IV runs.
  19. Are you sure? For under 100 pound it's a really good card, and i don't know if for almost 60 pound more i don't know if i'll be needing that much power when i'm happy with running on lower settings, and if i ever want to upgrade when the arrival of GTA 5 comes then i will, but it's hard to stretch budget ATM.
  20. I would possibly make it if i knew what department and the unit is and some other pictures :/
