Photoshop and in-game will look very different like others have said since shaders and other effects are added to the car to make it pretty and shiny (Lol). By the way, i can run GTA IV at the most 30 FPS in built up areas, to 40 on the beach where you don't render anything except the sea, and i'm running on a 2.4ghz Dual Core (I'm upgrading soon to a 3.5 six core) and a GTS 450, which is worth about 200 pound with 4gb RAM and 320gb 50mb/s HDD.

Damn trolls. No, you can't play it on PC. The only things you can play on your PC are the older console games-PS2 games can be run thru an emulator and so can gameboy and DS games.

Hi, Handsup! here, i've been having a problem with arresting subjects, when i call transport the blue dot doesn't appear, and the car doesn't spawn. This has randomly started happening, around the time i installed ELS v7, but that didn't work so i got rid. Any suggestions? I've looked at the other requests ;)

HOLY CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP! ELS V7! WOOOO! Well that sucks, ELS doesn't want to seem to work for me, i'll have to go back to v5 :/ Now even v5 won't work, lights won't come on, neither will info panel, it's like ELS isn't even installed!

Yes, i looked there, but i can't seem to find a template for FR4455's CVPI. Am i being blind and stupid?

Hi, i was just wondering if there was a topic here or on another website, or an article, or anything, that includes a sort of introduction to modifying GTA IV. I don't mean adding mods, i mean creating mods. I've been wanting to create some LVMPD vehicles for GTA for a while now, since i have experience skinning for other games, and need a bit of help in how GTA works!

I'd like to pre-order this but i don't think my PC will meet even 60% of what the Minimum requirements are.

To be honest, i'm not even sure if GTA IV supports multi-core (Correct me, if i'm wrong) so you might better off going with a less amount of cores (Tri cores are useful) with a higher ghz.

Depending on your res, i don't think it will cause you to have a bad LCPDFR playthru, i wouldn't worry about it, it'll be fixed soon :)

No, you don't get my point. YOU may like OpenIV because it lets you do more, but this guy just wants a few scripts and cars (That's what i think, correct me if i'm wrong OP) Also, SparkIV uses a simple 'Import' and save. OpenIV has to be in edit mode to be able to do anything, you have to add them in, then delete the original files (That's how it goes on my system/that's the way i know of)

Considering you're new to GTA, don't follow others advice on installing cars their way right now. I suggest trying to find a automatic installer, you just select your folder the car is in and bam, it's done. However, for custom peds, sounds, textures, etc you'll need to use Spark or OpenIV (Spark is generally simpler IMO) .

I haven't watched your videos before, but taking into account your enthusiasm and quality of your video(s) i'll throw a sub your way.

I always dreamed of a gaming PC that could run GTA; I watched A LOT of Grand Theft Auto IV videos and stumbled upon LCPDFR. Been waiting a few years to be able to get a PC that can run it on low!

You can't have two prisoner transports at the same time, but i believe the one transport can hane two at 1 time. Also, prepare for: 'We no longer provide support for LCPD: FR until the next release.
