Try to open the RPH settings by clicking on the cog icon during startup ⚙️. Set no plugins to load on startup in the plugins tab. Then hit save and launch. Remove those vehicles from the UB xml files. Also, ensure to disable the DLC workaround in the lspdfr.ini found in the lowercase lspdfr folder.
