Did your game crash during that last playthrough? Your log appears to end abruptly on an ambient unit spawning nearby. If so, navigate to your lspdfr.ini in "GTAV/lspdfr/" and set AmbientSpawn.DisableRandomUnits = true. Regarding your original issue, I don't see how Open All Interiors would cause your phone contacts to disappear. Are there any other modifications in your "scripts" folder? Try removing all files that have something with SHV Dot Net in their name and install a fresh nightly build. RPH log will be rather useless here; perhaps attach your ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet.log after trying the steps above to no avail.

Can you further elaborate on what your issue is? Syntax-wise wise there's no error with this file? Please also attach your RagePluginHook.log.

According to this log, LSPDFR crashes. Are you sure it's only GP that isn't working? Please reproduce the GP error and attach the RagePluginHook.log from your main GTA V directory, not your logs folder.

No, but you can use the file labelled as Ultimate Backup from Tom3k's EUP configs. I don't use Ultimate Backup anymore and don't really see the appeal in it. Hence why I don't bother creating configs for it.

Attach the RagePluginHook.log found in your main game directory, NOT your logs folder.

Are you using the RNUI version that came with StopThePed? If so, use the latest one from GitHub instead.

I'm almost 100% sure that the animations aren't taken from any dictionaries but rather hardcoded via natives being called by the plugin's code. It would probably seriously mess some stuff up if you manage to swap animations inside OpenIV with your desired ones. Try to reach out and suggest different arrest animations to the developers.

That is not the one from your main game directory. It has NO numbers in the file name is just called RagePluginHook.log or RagePluginHook
