  1. Thank god this type of hate spewing bullshit isn't allowed in Canada. This is the problem with full freedom of speech laws in the US. In Canada, this would be a federal offense and would never happen. For the record, I'm not trying to say Canada is better than the US or any of that nonsense (but I mean, come on, Canada is pretty rad), I'm just trying to point out some issues (in my opinion) that the US has with their legislation.
  2. The trainer is defo Simple Native Trainer, just with a different font that you can set.
  3. Yeah I've seen this before. They have some really awesome stuff on their channel.

  4. Cheers for the heads up man. +1
  5. You really don't need more than 6gb for anything unless you're doing video editing or graphics as that usually takes up a lot of RAM. Heck, you could get by with 4. 8 is more than enough.
  6. If you want the actual model: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1965 I've redone the skin for it and given it the Toronto PS skin (although it already resembles it, I redid it totally). The skin will be released soon (hopefully?) along with a few other for a few different models.
  7. Then I've got no clue, sorry.
  8. I know that with ELS 7, if you press Y (the ELS honk key) cars will treat it as a siren and pull over.
  9. These beauties that I skinned, part of my soon to be released Toronto Police Services pack.
  10. I was thinking to myself "He should probably drop down a floor to get away from the fire". Exactly when I finished that thought, he drops down. That was pretty ballsy
  11. I disagree. This topic was made to be a reminder to he vast majority of people who don't even know there were wars in the Balkans. I don't think a majority of people here knew anything happened were it not for this post. Although it is misguided in it's ways, it has served it's purpose to make people remember and hopefully understand (at least in part) of the wars that happened through the 90s.
  12. Why is there a difference between anal and vaginal sex?
  13. Well, it's more to protect young kids from prosecution if they are just being sexually curious. It's better to have a law allowing it rather than to slap a kid with a sex charge.
  14. It's a close in age exception that the government of Canada has. http://www.justice.gc.ca/eng/rp-pr/other-autre/clp/faq.html A 12 year old can have sex with a 12, 13, 14 year old. A 14, 15 year old can have sex with a 14,15,16,17,18,19 year old. 16 can have sex with 16+ as well as 14, 15. It's complicated.
  15. In Canada, the age of consent is 16. If you're 15 or 14, you are allowed to have sexual relations with somebody less than 5 years older than you. So a 15 year old and a 20 year old can't, but a 15 year old and 19 year old can.
  16. That's true, but I'm talking more about the fact that it is difficult to see who is fighting who. In the War on Terror it was obvious that the US and other NATO countries were fighting terrorist cells. Here, the situation is blurry because it is a semi-civil war, with people attacking each other along with support from external countries.
  17. The Yugoslavian wars are only related in the sense that they were fights between different ethnic communities in the same general geographic area. Keep in mind, I am in no way defending OP, just clearing some things up. And I *really* hope you aren't talking to me about being brainwashed (I legitimately hope you aren't, not meaning that as a threat or anything) because it was my family that was on the receiving end of Serbian attacks (Bosnian war, not so much Kosovo war). Here's a decent article about this: http://www.slate.com/articles/news_and_politics/explainer/1998/10/kosovo_and_bosnia_whats_the_difference.html
  18. No problem. It just bothers me when people are very opinionated about a topic that they have only researched on Wikipedia. I'm not trying to say that their opinion doesn't count, I just don't want people to make conclusions about the conflict without adequate information, seeing as this (as well as the Bosnian War) was a very complicated war. It's always far too easy to make a conclusion based on one side of the story. I'm just trying to promote a more in depth analysis of the situation; deeper than just reading a Wikipedia article.
  19. Unfortunately, I can't find it on my computer. I'll try looking around the internet for you though. I found this: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Update: Found http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=477 which is the closest Toronto PS CVPI out there. Now you've gotta get a skin for it :P 'Aight, I can't find anymore Toronto stuff. For some reason it's all been removed. I'd be happy to try and skin some models for you though. I am busy lately, so it might take a while. As well, I have no clue how to model uniforms so I can't help you there. If you're interested in getting me to make some skins for some stuff, quote my post with the models you'd like. In order for me to skin them, I need to have the template for the model so make sure that comes with the download. I'd like to put together a nice Toronto mod too, so hopefully we can. Also, I think I released an F-150 model with Toronto skin on it a while back. I'm not sure if it's any good for you, but here: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> I think I ended up fixing that skin up quite a bit so it should look better in game. As well, I've come a long way from then, so don't judge my skills based on that :P
  20. Don't misinterpret my clarifications as support. I'm from Sarajevo, but I live in Canada. I left just before the war siege of Sarajevo began (literally days before).
  21. I don't understand? Edit: Oh, I see. I'll try and find it to upload again.
