He was a great man and he did bring about great change in South Africa. I wouldn't say I'm sad that he died. I was never really impacted directly by him, and it wasn't really a shock that he was going to die soon. He was 95 and was in the hospital for quite a while this past year; so I'm not all too sad. That being said, I do greatly respect him and wish his family the best.

I would say that *some* cops are the worst kind of terrorists. I have had some pretty silly run ins with certain police officers (I wasn't breaking the law, they were just being dicks) and I would agree that sometimes police officers are terrible, power hungry people. Other officers though, are really great, swell guys. I know the officer stationed around my school is an awesome dude. He even played cards with me once. But then there are the dicks that just wanna cause an issue with people.

What the actual fuck is this cop doing. In the video the guy is driving while pointing his gun out the window at the guy while going off road beside oncoming traffic. Then he runs directly at the car where he knows there is a weapon but sprints in anyways with no cover and no backup. This is how people get hurt.

I've never wanted to be a frontline police officer, but I have always thought about going into some form of law enforcement from a computer science background. I actually know somebody who works for the RCMP Integrated Technology Unit and works on going after cyber criminals. I have always wanted to do something that would make a difference (sound cheesy, I know) and I'd love to put my computer skills to some use there. Heck, I might even consider joining the Canadian Force's newly formed Cyber Task Force. I've got no clue ^.^

Jesus you people take long in the morning. Here's my schedule: 7:00 - Wake up & brush teeth 7:05 - Make and eat breakfast 7: 20 - Get dressed and ready my bag 7: 30 - Gone for the bus, get to school ~8:20ish Although, you all shower in the morning which I cannot do at all. I just, can't bring myself to take a shower in the morning. It so much nicer showering before bed. Plus, then I have an excuse for my crappy hair ;D

Well, they aren't government owned, but they all do have pretty big political bias. The only news source I truly trust is Reuters, mainly because they are international and don't align themselves with any countries agendas. For example, they have a police of never using the word terrorist in their news articles because (this is taken directly from them) "one mans terrorist is another mans freedom fighter". As for why we care: Zimmerman has caused a huge scandal, people pay attention to that. When people care, they watch the news. When they watch the news, the big companies make profit. Everything is on the news for a reason. We care, we watch, we pay.

No clue. I finished with French three years ago and I don't plan on going back. Although I'd love to learn it, it's too much for me.

Urgh tell me about. Stupid verb conjugation and male and female nouns and all that stuff. When I had to take French in school I'd just make everything masculine and whenever I had to conjugate a verb I'd just write down whatever sounded correct. To this day I don't know how to tell if something is male or female (talking about words, not people).

Well, "kids" shouldn't be playing GTA if they can't handle cussing but can handle beating the crap out of people and shooting others several times in the head. I doubt that cussing poses an issue on this forum.

It's Fox News. If you take anything from Fox News as the truth then you really need to smarten up :3 Who the hell cares if he was arrested for going 60 in a 45 zone or w.e. he did before. Fox is just trying to start shit. They don't even mention what he was charged with, just saying he was arrested after a "disturbance call". Unless you can get me a reputable source of information, I call bullshit.

Also you forgot to mention that sometimes if you've got a one star the police officers will approach you with guns drawn in a tactical stance, and slowly move forward. I thought that was really cool when I first saw it.

I've never been shooting, but I would love to try it. I have handled a few weapons when the Canadian Forces were in downtown Toronto celebrating the War of 1812 and had their entire arsenal out for the public to see (chained down of course). I would have loved to fire the C7 or C8 that they had on hand. Perhaps one day I'll mosey on down to a firing range and try them out. Or join the army ^.^

My school was put into a lock down last year as well, we also had a bomb threat. Several callers (later identified by the police as one caller with multiple numbers & accents) called 911 reporting a bomb inside my school. We were only in lock down for about an hour since the police were quite sure that it was a hoax (a few other schools in the area were also placed under bomb threats in the past 3-4 days). Suffice to say, it was quite scary seeing the police running up and down the halls, although nobody got hurt and nothing actually happened. Not a bad day considering I got to miss English class ;D

Finally I can actually play the game instead of doing slave missions trying to earn money. The medical bills are *way* too high. 2k for some prick running you over? No thanks.

I don't understand why everybody has this "kill me now" attitude. Him and his band are the Norway equivalent of The Lonely Island (creators of Jizz in my Pants and I'm On a Boat). Its obviously not supposed to be taken as a serious song, and anybody who calls it completely retarded or stupid or insults it in any other way has completely missed the idea that its SUPPOSED TO BE STUPID. And to be fair, its actually a very well produced video.
