So I assume its just coincidence that 1.0 is releasing within the same week as GTA V?

Rockstar knows that diehard GTA fans will buy it for console first, then buy it later for PC for modding. Double the profit for them as opposed to announcing a PC version then losing out on all additional console sales.

I said RC3/1.0 because I wasn't sure what it would be called when it was released.

GTA V is coming out in a few days - will you be sticking around LCPDFR and wait on LCPDFR RC3/1.0 or will you be fully taken with GTA V? I for one, probably wont start up GTA IV for a while (if ever). I might check out LCPDFR RC3/1.0 but I don't think I'll actually play it.

He does take a step forward, but not to a point where he would be coming up at the officer. He had been in that position before, moved back, then moved again into it. There really is no reason to shoot a kid 9 times when he's clearly unstable mentally, and is only armed with a knife. As well, the chief of police has hired an outsider to do an audit of the police force (I believe he's a judge of some sort), and hopefully the auditor will find and fix any flaws in the training of the officers. If you press the shift key, then 8 or 2, the trainer will continue to scroll. To fix it just press the arrow key in the direction the trainer is scrolling.

I'd go with your second option. The problem with having dual graphics cards is that there are many games that can't take advantage of two cards, and therefore run on only one card. I believe that GTA IV can't use two cards. Go with the 8750M ;).

Check your downloads folder on your computer, or you downloads page on your web browser (can usually be opened by pressing ctrl + J).

Go into the trainer.ini file in your main directory and find VehicleLivery=1 and change it to VehicleLivery=0. Then in-game open the trainer and go to car options, then go to the second page, and press set car livery.

Alexandre, how difficult would it be to put in multiplayer for this? I'd imagine it would be very difficult, but it would also be very cool. Of course, it's more of a secondary thing that you should think about afterwards.

The easiest way to set up a gradient is to change the colours in the palette like Michael said. Make the foreground colour yellow, and the background black (or vice versa). Then select the gradient tool (in the same section as the bucket tool) and click and drag on the canvas. If you're trying to do it via layer styles/effects, you're going to have a bad time. Also, I suggest just doing simple google searches for these things. Although we don't mind answering your questions here, there are much more detailed explanation on the internet. Search for things like "gradient tutorial".
