  6. I'm not sure this is even a problem, I know Liberty City is a dangerous place, but since I installed LCPDFR 1.0a all my cops walk around with pistols in hand, even when 'at ease'. Have I done something wrong?

    Hello again, whipped up this re-texture of the M_Y_COP to LOOSELY resemble an LCPD version of the SFPD uniform. It includes a range of variations including body armor and sergeant peds. The SFPD hat badge is difficult to find in good enough quality on the net but I did my best to make it look reasonably close to the real thing, including custom spec and bump files. Requires you to edit your pedvariations file to avoid the invisible belt bug.   7. Always hard to tell from nighttime shots, but on first glance, no spotlights, no antenna setup on roof/rear, those couple of items (plus an mx7000) and I would be happier than a pig in sh*t to give you 5/5 ;)
  8. The link is the right one, I modified the lights myself to make it red/blue, so I can't upload it, but I can pm you the emerlight and emerlight-emis files to add yourself to the WTD file if you want.
  9. Instead of default config 1 etc, just create a new config file for each vehicle, ie police, police2, FBI, etc etc. in that ELS folder. Then in each config file you can adjust specifics for each type of car, rotator, strobe or led's, colours etc. Remember to go to your main ELS ini file back in the GTA root folder and under each vehicle type change the details to direct it to the file you have just created in the ELS folder, ie (AMBULANCE) directs to the ambulance config file. I hope that makes sense. I use an ELS-h rotator cvpi in the police2 slot, so I created a police2 config file in the ELS folder (along with all the others) and adjusted the primary lights to ROTA, and adjusted the colours to red, blue etc. All works fine.
  10. I have a config file for each vehicle, ie in the ELS folder I now have: default_config, police, police2, fbi, polpatriot, noose, etc etc. Each one configured to the requirements of each vehicle, ie some are rotators, some are leds etc, some different light colours. It is great.
  11. Chris, you need to copy the default_config file and rename it to whatever specific vehicle slot you are running els on. For example, I run halogen rotators on Police2, so I copied the default_config file (found in the new ELS folder) and renamed it police2, changed the {POLICE2} entry in the ELS.ini to direct to police2, then back in the new police2 config file, I adjusted the primary lights from leds to rota, and also adjusted the environment colours to red blue instead of the default red red and away I went. The halogen rotator environment pattern is just beautiful in game. I hope that makes sense.
  12. You need to take the time to read the manual, it is a long haul, but worth it. I set up individual config files for each vehicle type and it works just perfectly. Absolutely amazing. Finally proper rotator environment patterns for my MX7000's. Caine, I love you!

    A repaint for an LCPD Classic Black & White CVPI. File includes three texture files for different units. Font created in Microsoft WordArt.     Following the release of Spitfires LAPD Uniforms v3.0, I thought I would upload my LAPD Hat to compliment them. install in the usual manner in the pedprops image. This is a basic modification of the base LCPD Cop hat, with the LAPD badge and new bump and spec files included to give the badge shape.

    This is a hybrid NYPD 90's LCPD skin specifically for the Lt Caine Aerodynic CVPI-V4.6A ELS-H available from here: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=595 It contains three textures, plus the replacement steelrim and emerlights files to make the vehicle look as it should in the screenshots. This is not meant to be an accurate NYPD cruiser, it is merely a classic NYPD/LCPD hybrid look that (I think) looks good on the CVPI. All credits to Lt. Caine (Luxart) for his amazing vehicle and templates off which this was based.
