This is a hybrid NYPD 90's LCPD skin specifically for the Lt Caine Aerodynic CVPI-V4.6A ELS-H available from here: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=595

It contains three textures, plus the replacement steelrim and emerlights files to make the vehicle look as it should in the screenshots.

This is not meant to be an accurate NYPD cruiser, it is merely a classic NYPD/LCPD hybrid look that (I think) looks good on the CVPI.

All credits to Lt. Caine (Luxart) for his amazing vehicle and templates off which this was based.
