If you answered yes to the above question, don't have anything project wise happening right now would you kindly be able to make the Hawaii Five-O Camaro and the Chicago PD 300c both non els. I have acquired both models, just need someone to add the lights and police equipment as I don't have the skins or the know how to do it.

So I have been looking for some better detective peds to make some clothes for like the cast from Chicago PD wear (jeans, polo shirt and jacket) but I also want to throw in a sports shirt of some kind. Does anyone know of some really good peds that are easy to re texture? I've included some photos of what I'm talking about.

There is a non ELS Vector on this website in the Download section, I just don't know how to put it on or anything else about making models :( But like I said it's okay

Oh no I don't want the unlocked model, I have no clue how to do anything with it except make skins and stuff like that. I meant could you put a non ELS lightbar on it and the other obvious police stuff and either release it or give it to me. That would be amazing! Especially since there are no decent non ELS models out there for the Polpatriot slot.

Forgive me if this isn't right but I don't make cars. Can't you just remove those wheels and put another set on, would that fix the issue?

So after Yard1 released a few German vehicles I thought it would be pretty cool to do a German patrol for a change and I was wondering if anyone here knew of any Non ELS German police vehicles? Preferably an unmarked vehicle and like a transport van or something. Let me know by commenting or something yeah :)

Well that would be great but considering my "car.default.emissive.on" is set to 250, I don't think that will help.

So I thought I'd go back to ELS cars for a while but keep Reality IV 2.0 installed because it works like an ENB just without the frame drop. But I have one small problem, the lights look crap! Anyone know of a solution?
