I wasn't talking about the Caprice, I'm not a fan of the Caprice at all. That is why I put "Explorer" in brackets meaning I was talking about it. Haha if only that worked D;

Good luck with that mate, I myself have posted a topic before and got a tonne of people saying how great it would be do have one (the Explorer with the Vector lightbar) to use as an LVMPD vehicle and many people have said they would give it a shot but no one has ever actually done it. The is however an Explorer on a different website and it has a FedSig Vision bar on it instead.

This car is great! Is there any possibility of a pack with the same lighting setup? Like a new Charger, Unmarked Tahoe and maybe another vehicle?

I did that yes, the problem was with paint.net, being able to make the same stripes twice is almost impossible with that program. I am going to learn how to use Photo shop and see if I can improve these.

Would you be doing the models and skins or just skins for pre made models? Either way they are definitely worth doing!

Hello all I am pleased to announce that over the last week or so I have been scratch making a texture pack for Yard1's LSPD ELS V8 vehicle pack and in which I chose to base it on the TV show Rookie Blue. For those of you that don't know about the show it is a Canadian Police television drama set in 15 division and follows the lives of 5 main characters that were once Rookies but now are fully fledged officers of the law. Now there are 4 skins for each patrol vehicle, all with their own unit numbers. They are the Vapid Interceptor, Vapid Cruiser and the Bravado Buffalo. As for the Granger there are only 3 textures which include an ETF skin, NOOSE skin and an unmarked/transparent skin. Note: I did both ETF and NOOSE for those who want one or the other. The Fugitive only supports one livery so it was as well an unmarked/transparent skin. I also threw in a bonus skin for an FDLC HAZMAT vehicle which has both ETF and NOOSE skins. So I hope you all like it and don't forget to rate and comment. Please note, the skins are only blurry due to my settings and newer (better) photos will be uploaded soon. So I would like it if someone could map/template this GTA V vehicle since it wasn't done so that we could make skins for it? I need something to fill my stockade slots and to make the rest of the GTA V vehicles I use this would be the perfect candidate. So I've just finished making a new skin pack based on the TV show Rookie Blue. I need someone that will make this textures look amazing on the vehicles. They are made for Yard1's LSPD ELS pack so if you have got some spare time and can help let me know please!

I wouldn't mind seeing a CSI Miami version of that H2 for the FBI slot if that's at all possible? It would only need the police computer, siren control and the light in the front dashboard. -
I tried that one but can't get the lights to rotate properly like BxBuggs new LCPD vehicles which is what I am after

Anyone able to make me an LVMPD Ford Explorer, CVPI and a Dodge Charger with the newly released Fedsig Vector ELS v8 in the download section, just with the right lighting colours please. Lightbar on top, rambar lights, back window lights, police computer and other necessary equipment.
