Sgt Vaughan and Detective Davis arrive on the scene of a massive gang shooting between members of the Chinese Triad and the 36er's. Early intel reports show the 36er's are spreading out into Triad turf and they don't take to kindly to it. More scenes like this are expected in the coming weeks, only if the Intelligence Department can't stop it before innocent members of the public are killed next time.
