Why do the NYPD's cars always look trashed ?

This was requested via PM. This is the model it fits on. You have to replace the skin in both texture files on this model. It also fits any CVPI that uses the enclosed template. Depending on the model you may have to replace the licence plates too. these are in the 'Vehshare' folder, replace 'plate5 and plate5_n' Thanks for looking. -

Not sure bud. I've had it for a while. -
A simple Massachusetts State Police Texture for any CVPI that uses the enclosed template. Can be used in GTA V or IV / EFLC Screen shots are from EFLC as I've had to uninstall V. Thanks.- 5 comments

Ocean City New Jersey Police CVPI texture. Not sure if the trunk lid is correct as I didn't have any reference pictures, so I've guessed it. Let me know how it looks and I'll edit it. It will fit and CVPI model that uses the enclosed template. Thanks

Here's my offering of the Minnesota State Police. The texture will fit any CV~PI with the included template. Depending on the model you use, you may have to change the licence plate in the 'vehshare' file ( plate05 & plate05_n ) These are also included. This is made on a clear background so you can choose your own colour. ( I went with Cabaret red ) Enjoy
