@Syedogg, can I just check the following please? Is Computer+ a required file or a recommended file? I believe you mean its a recommended file but by placing under dependencies, I wanted to check. I want to try your callout pack, however I do not use Computer+ hence my question. Thank you.

Way too much traffic.
You're the first person I've heard complain that default traffic is too much! 😄 As Pazzi suggested, using a gameconfig such as the one linked can reduce (or increase) the amount of traffic and/or peds. I use the same gameconfig file myself. The choices are as follows so there is bound to be one you like:

You mean like a traffic stop but on foot? I've never come across a mod that does that but it's a nice idea 👍 Do either of these mods actually offer the option to pull over a vehicle while on foot?

Are you using something like the Watch Your Death mod by IAmJFry? I've not used it myself, and the description doesn't mention being revived by an ambulance but if you're using/have used it, it could be a possible answer.

I know I wanted to change these weeks ago but the current headings have grown on me now lol. I was going to suggest the possibility of scrolling text but it feels complicated to build and make work. I can get by with the current format myself, however if you are able to get around the UI text box size, I'm sure that my friendly neighborhood rival @lucianboi will be able to crank out a really good update to reflect these realistic charge details that people want 👍

When I started putting together my lore-friendly charges, I initially planned to record the vehicle code/California Penal Code in the name of the charge. On paper it looked awesome (and took forever to collect!) However, in testing I found that not all charges fitted into the UI space, causing them to stretch outside of the menu. While they were still readable, it looked silly so I decided to do away with it and just list the charge by name. In truth, "Gross Vehicular Manslaughter While Under the Influence" within my mod actually overlaps the UI already, however until I update my mod with new charges and/or add citations, it will remain as is. I don't want to discuss it too much here given this isn't my thread, however for relevance to your question, I won't be updating my mod with VC/PCs for the above reasons. Given lucianboi's mod also includes charges and citations with long names, he will have the same issue though strictly speaking, it IS doable. Computer+ suffers from the same issue. Many charges and citations continue past their UI text boxes but unlike Interaction+, they are unreadable. I may update the wording of my own charges mod to reflect actual charges (i.e "Driving Under The Influence Of Alcohol" as opposed to "Simple DUI", however this will depend on UI space, further testing and whether of not these changes fit into the lore-friendly theme of my mod. The difference between lucianboi's mod and mine is efficiency. Where lucianboi's mod gives you more charges than mine, many of them will never be used. Every charge in my mod is usable in-game either via default LSPDFR scenarios or via callout packs. In conclusion, yes charges and citations in Interaction+ could be made to look more realistic, however the end result will be messy.

I've not used this file in game (I have my own custom configurations set under Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\LSPDFR\UltimateBackup\SpecialUnits), however looking over your edits, I can see no reason why the file wouldn't work. I think this file would help someone who maybe isn't comfortable making those edits by themselves. I will say that I'm not sure your vehicle choices suit every scenario. For example, I wouldn't choose to have LSPD SWAT arrive in a two door unmarked charger or a slow police transport when I can use the FBI2 or RIOT slot and have eight SWAT on scene in a matter of minutes ready to go. Nonetheless, these are personal choices and shouldn't speak against your mod. I may try it out later just to confirm it works and so I can leave you a review based solely on your mod. Good effort for your first mod 👍

LSPDFR 0.4.1 Sprint Speed
Thanks, but this is one of the mods that I tried (well, I'm using it anyway but you get what I mean.) It made no difference. Yeah, I use a controller too. I've tried with the keyboard though which made no difference. I understand that holding A makes you jog while pressing it repeatedly makes you sprint but there was no difference between the two. The only thing I can think of is if either InfamousSabre's Simple Foot Controls 1.3 or Narobic's Free Me! mod affected it. SFCs allows for changeable speeds though shoudln't affect anything outside of first person, while Free Me! effectively removes control commands/functions from your controller - however this wouldn't affect keyboard controls which also only has me move at one speed.

LSPDFR 0.4.1 Sprint Speed
My current character is a male and regardless of the gender of the suspect, I can't keep up, let along match their speed. I have also noticed today while testing that there appears to be no difference in speed regardless of whether or not I press or hold sprint (LShift or A on controller.) This makes me wonder if this a GTA bug rather than an LSPDFR one. I'll keep exploring my options. Its strange because in videos, players always seem to catch their suspects with ease. Thank you. Regardless of my issue, this will be a nice immersive change 🙂

LSPDFR 0.4.1 Sprint Speed
Okay guys, what am I missing? A suspects flees on foot and a pursuit breaks out. I give chase, spamming the sprint key and after a matter of seconds I've lost sight of the suspect because it turns out that he is an Olympic sprinter. Who'd have thought it?! No matter, I'll report it to dispatch and return to my patrol. A few moments later I spot a ped trying to steal a car. I roll up, exit my vehicle and order them to surrender. Surprise, surprise they also flee. Yet again, the suspect appears to be a long distance sprinter and fail to even make a dent in their pace. I've tried a few mods in an attempt to combat this, however they seem to increase my stamina rather than speed me up. I've also tried trainers but they're make you move unrealistically fast. For the past few weeks I've been hounded by foot pursuits that rarely end in my favor. I find the only way to "win" is to spam backup and to make sure a helicopter is over the suspect at all times -which is all very unrealistic. I don't expect to catch the suspect everytime, but why are all peds such fast runners yet my character is slower than translating hieroglyphics! Is this intentional or this a bug? Further, is there anything I can do about it? Its really starting to take the fun out of things.

Hells Angels MC 70's
Ignoring the blatant copyright issues that come this mod, I will admit I found the three-piece backpatch to be fairly accurate. I would have liked to have seen the Lost MC front patches removed if not replaced with 81 insignia. The immersion is ruined when the vest is viewed from the front. Given that you managed to find the correct graphics for the three piece, I wouldn't imagine the side rockers and front patches would have been difficult to come by. The Nazi front patch isn't correct nor are the helmets - I appreciate that you've aimed your mods at the 70s rather than modern day, but even so. Personally, I revert to the default helmets to get around this. I enjoyed this mod all the same and found it served it's intended purpose. Given how long it's been up, I'll continue to use it. If you ever decide to update this mod, I'll come back and update. 4/5* owing to the aforementioned front patch issues. Thanks.

If you use Interaction+, STP and Ultimate Backup then really LSPDFR+ plus offers very little in the way of features that you don't already have and without careful editing, it can also include conflicts with keybinds. Try them all out for yourself and see which works best for you. I no longer use LSPDFR+ for the aforementioned reasons.

HighWay Callouts
LSPDFR+ and Computer+ are now requirements? I no longer use either of them so guess I'll be sticking with 1.1.0 then. Thanks anyway 😕 *Supervisor "Is a new feature of HighWay Callouts. You can call him during traffic stop or during pursuit, but works only whe one of my callout is running". There is a supervisor included by default with Ultimate Backup. How will this mod affect that?

I've assigned this wonderful vehicle to my police4 slot and never looked back! I'm struggling to play in marked vehicles again now and it's all your fault! 😛 It looks, feels and sounds like the real thing. The door chime is a welcomed touch.

Emergency Lighting System
Having the control that this modification provides is like having a superpower - it is astronomical in how it improves your game. I found that there can be a bit of a learning curve if you're new to the game, even with all the documentation that is included. I've set my own controller keybinds up and find I get by however there is a lot of functions that I still don't use or fully understand. Even so, this is a great mod and I couldn't play without it. The hardest part is now choosing which ELS vehicles to use 😄
