I always wanted to extend the wanted level system in GTA IV. I have replaced my NOOSE (M_Y_SWAT) with LCPD ESU, however, I wanted to have some sort of a special special unit spawning at 6 stars (equivalent to the Army/National Guard in SA/VC/III). So I added a new ped (M_Y_NOOSE), with textures made by yours truly, and a different upper body model than the LCPD ESU, and I also added a new car (EMERG1), which is the NOOSE Enforcer you can see in the pics. Lastly, I found a script which I modified to spawn the NOOSE Enforcer with 4 NOOSE TRU peds (they have more health, armor and are more aggressive than LCPD ESU officers) during 6 stars.

Well, as you can see, it indeed does work. NOOSE spawns alongside ESU during 6 stars without problems.

No, of course not! That's exactly why he specifically posted pictures of it in-game so you can see it's not working.

Certainly interesting. I had been wondering if there was any way to make this in order to spawn both Noose and FBI HRT in a higher wanted level, without replacing the FBI detectives that come for default or the Noose peds.

I'm not understanding what this actually means. Does this mean that when you go from a five star wanted level, to a six star wanted level, that a separate tactical response unit will respond?

Exactly! They are stronger than the standard SWAT/ESU.

Have you considered adding SWAT tanks from EFLC at 6th lvl? Could add some difference in tactics.

There is a setting in that script that will spawn tanks at 6 stars.
