Start from fresh. Install manual version using guide from Albo. Install latest RPH from official site over one provided.

Oh Harrow you found my thread. Can you please tell me exactly which mods you are using and which order you've installed them. If you're spawning on duty without forcing it or going to the office/department and signing on then it sounds like you've installed LSPDFR incorrectly.

I haven't tried it so I can't say but TrainerV should meet all your needs. You can use both if you know how to disable things in .ini configs

PostFX, Shader and particle FX on max and then turn up digital vibrance in Nvidia control panel. Try these.

You have added things to the game that cause the issue. It's nothing to do with LSPDFR

RadianceV focuses on coronas a lights from vehicles mainly. VisualV enhances textures and other things of that nature. And yes I stack them all together with hardly any performance loss.

Controller on desk ready to be picked up as soon as you need to drive is how I play. Keyboard for everything else.

Use VisualV + NaturalV + Realistic Lighting + Radiance V PostFX, Shaders on highest setting. Best visual mod combination imo.

You can easily go into the UB .ini config file and edit the spawn distance to something like 1000 and they will spawn much further away for the same experience as EMSmod. The best thing about EMSmod is the chance of survival mechanics imo. That's really all it's good for though. Most the other stuff can simply be replicated by tweaking configs.
