Plugin timeout 60000 Force Windowed Mode Make sure you have latest RPH from the official site Check Anti Virus isn't blocking Load without any extra plugins or mods If these don't work reinstall GTAV or use a new original copy of GTAV (copy the original file and put it somewhere so you dont have to reinstall every time), download the manual LSPDFR 0.4.1 and install using a guide by Albo on youtube, apply all those things I said at the top.

Yeah that's just how it goes I'm afraid until we get more config .inis that allow us to modify the game further.

Formatted for a final time. Alright I think I have just about reached the limit for a fully functional, fully immersive LSPDFR experience. Only thing to do now is do loads more testing of the callout packs, see which ones work together and compile a list of the most callouts possible with full stability. There's only two things I really want but they don't matter to much, a map when you pause that has street name but is clean. I can't seem to find an easy to install mod that does this without altering game files to much and ruining all the modding I've already done. Looking at this mod right now but I can't seem to find just the map replacement files. Also will be adding the cars that I use for main vehicles (police,2,3,4,sheriff,2) but probably not the liveries unless someone asks cause I've customized them so much now 😄 PM me if you want .inis for anything else specific. ❤️

IsCode2SirenLightsOn=no in the .ini for UltimateBackup! If you want to move your traffic stop into a more suitable location use Traffic Policers mimic function with CTRL + R. And you can control traffic with Interaction+ G Traffic menu. Hope this helps.

I recommend using EUP Menu with LAO pack + SAR pack and the Jurisdictions XML!

Yes I noticed this just before also and forgot to edit, thank you for reminding me. As for FPS I'm getting about 40 average in town now with distance scaling, variery and density populations set at 0% and I get 35 average with then up to 100%. I use CleanWorld very often in town to ensure the game stays stable. In the Counties im getting around 50-60 average. Just did some formatting, added fps averages and moved video settings to bottom near specs.

Added more of my .ini configs. Added what's to be and what is being tested.

Use StopThePed in combination with a Trainer with unlimited stamina. STP has a boost feature which allows you to sprint for a small amount of time when hitting a key, you can also tweak this setting inside of the .ini. You can also tackle with the same plugin. Then you hold E on them and stop them. Check out my thread for TrainerV and settings for unlimited stamina on load up and links provided!

I'm using standalone version of GTA, there's absolutely nothing wrong with it. This is more than likely incorrectly installed files.

Sounds like you may have installed things incorrectly. Do you have the latest RPH and did you install LSPDFR manually or auto? Also download and install these in this order to fix uniforms. EUP Menu > LAO > SAR > Jurisdictions XML.

Plugins/mods list? Did you install manually, if you did maybe do it again following a guide by Albo on youtube. Plugin timeout 60000, Force Windowed and remove logo in RPH launcher.

Keep an original copy of GTAV to avoid reinstalling in the future. This will save years off your life.
