What's your plugins list and when I break something with OpenIV I delete the whole file and start again from fresh (just copy a new folder from the original GTA folder). Sometimes it can really break the game just modifying game files.

Install it manually (use a youtube guide on how to install if you are new) and when it prompts to open in normal or safe mode you want to close rage down and re-open so it goes past that launcher menu.

Straight away I see you have locked cells and cop holster which are completely unnecessary unless you stream your RP. I don't use them because I've had conflicts with them in the past and/or they do not work. What's your plugin list and are you using the latest 4.1 LSPDFR?

Just use both and use SmartPoliceRadio, yep. The conflicts are the EMS, Tow & Coroner radio calls but SmartPoliceRadio puts everything into one list anyway! Both STP and AM both have great features so I use both.

Use a handling file mod that makes driving more realistic. I use Vehicle Handling V with the backfire sfx and offroad traction optionals and it makes driving thicc.

I run both of them and they say they conflict but if you use SmartPoliceRadio then it doesn't matter because that categorizes what conflicts (ems, coroner, towtruck) into a single list. That's how I do it anyway 🙂

LSPDFR+ caused most of my crashes when I was running it. You don't really need it with the right mods, imo.

This assortment of mods has everything you need to have the best LSPDFR experience. It's missing the computer stuff and spotlight but it works flawlessly. I just finished playing a session of 3 hours with no crashes of any kind. Probably a fluke but I figured I'd show everyone my list that works well.

Yeah the entire folder where GTA.exe is located

Create a copy of your GTA (Grand Theft Auto for steam) file when you want to play LSPDFR. Call it GTA OG (Or Grand Theft Auto OG for steam). Make sure that this file is your ORIGINAL GTAV files and NOTHING else. This is so you can just rename the modded version of your GTA back and forth depending on if you want to play a modded version or not and you don't need to reinstall an entire game. The game launches off of what is called the default file name (GTA, Grand Theft Auto) so if your Ragehook is in the default, you will load the ragehook stuff. If your original files are in the default name the game will load without any mods allowing you to play online. So when I fuck up I basically delete my entire GTA file and have the GTA OG sitting there ready to be copied again so I can mod it. I make a copy (it will be called GTA OG - Copy) and then I just rename it GTA, install the hooks and plugins etc and start a mod file from fresh.

Ok turns out it was VisualV crashing my game. Make sure to avoid that one. But this issue only happened when I added EUP with LAO & SAR so they must be conflicting somehow.

Use StopThePed + Search Warrant. G button to search vehicles and interact with downed NPCs (search them) etc.

Seems I have fixed the problem by starting over, installing EUP first and then adding my plugins folder that I copied on top and no conflicts! Both LAO & SAR working as well! I believe that it may have been a non plugin issue. I was running VisualV, Satellite map and a few ELS vehicles. Going to install the visual mods now and vehicles and see what happens.

Loads up gets into game then on the black screen when it's loading LSPDFR with the wheel down the bottom right it does a few beeps and crashes. Everything's up to date, I'm using about 15 mods + 4-5 ELS vehicles without EUP menu in and it's not crashing at all. I can get 4 hours sessions. Anyone else having this issue with EUP at all? Is there a specific way to install it perhaps? Thank you. I just removed all the EUP stuff including the plugins and my game still crashes so I'm wondering if this is an EUP issue. Thing is game wasn't crashing before I touched that stuff so now I'm just confused and mad, guess ima install everything AGAIN.
