  1. If you bought it (which you should have), then find the email from ZModeler telling you how to activate your copy. If you didn't, either buy it or find it from somewhere else.... but you didn't hear that from me.
  2. The internet is another. On a serious note, I think if you use the automatic installer it tells you of missing prerequisites. I can't be 100% sure as I've not used the automatic installer since 0.95
  3. Try running the game as administrator (Right click, "Run as administrator")
  4. From what I hear in the newest patch, they've implemented a "listener" that "listens" for ScriptHook
  5. EDIT: Can confirm. Posting doesn't put it in proper order either.
  6. If you know what the problem is, why do you need a screenshot?! @OP: Simply attach all the parts named "extra_1" and do the same for all the other extras too
  7. As did I. I think that's why we both aren't having issues.
  8. This used to happen for me in the IPS 4 Betas. But since one of the early IPS 4 RCs, it's been fine. I'm not sure if it's something I've done, or if it's something IPS have done. Either way, works perfectly fine for me on the latest version of Chrome on Windows 8. EDIT: Tom, it seems you're second for post count 'round here, first is Ineseri, but you're miles off him EDIT2: UA: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/42.0.2311.90 Safari/537.36
  9. These people who are saying it is "successful" are nothing but the uploader trying to bait people. The likelihood of it being real is near to slim.
  10. Don't go to school, therefore, don't go to university, therefore, don't get a decent job, therefore spend the rest of your life scooping up shit, therefore, die wishing you went to school.

  12. Yeah, no shooting kiddos with this one
  13. There's many tutorials hosted right under your nose which can definitely help: http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/vehicle-modification-tutorial/
  14. Generally, EFLC seems to have been a better optimized game than plain old IV was. That's probably the source of the issue. As Illusionary has said, a command line will most likely help you
  15. As opposed to?...
  16. You realise it's a TV show right?
  17. As bare as it is at the moment, still looks good. Nice work Kevin!
  18. That is in fact incorrect. Either will work, just not out of the box. The first will probably be better, and easier on your computer, due to the lower amount of polygons. You will, however, have to convert it for it to work; it could take some time to learn to do so, and indeed to do so.
  19. No spinning for me. Have you taken any drugs within the last 12 hours?
  20. Any car converted by a somewhat competent converter should have boot and bonnet dummies. You could take those. As for setting it up, take a look through the ELS instruction manual.
  21. Provided he has permission, and can prove it, I don't see why it would be a problem.
  22. If you have permission, then it would be great to see those released. Can't wait.
  23. Looks good, Jim. Best pack for IV that I've seen so far. I'm looking forward to this more so than I am for GTA V! Can't wait to see it in my GTA.
  24. GTA Mod Shop no longer serves as a GTA community/file sharing service.
  25. I'm sorry but however hard you try, this won't get viral.
