I'm quite interested in a link to the mic. I've been wanting a studio style mic but I don't want to have to pay a buttload for it

That should handle them all just fine (with the possible exception of GTA V as its spec requirements aren't known at this time). I have the following and I can run most games maxed out: AMD FX-6350 6-core 3.9GHz 8GB RAM AMD Sapphire R7 265 2GB (Motherboard, PSU and HDD aren't that important, but if you really want to know my motherboard, just ask). Also, if you want to save a bit of money, try going for AMD products, as they normally get the same performance, while being a whole lot cheaper than Intel and nVidia.

LCPD:FR is a PC only modification. Any versions of it on XBOX 360 or other platforms aren't created by G17 Media. Furthermore, it is impossible to put any PC version of LCPD:FR onto any platform other than a PC. EDIT: 666 posts. 3 6s. A triangle has 3 sides. Illuminati confirmed.

Are you running the game as administrator? Windows 8+ and GTA IV seem to have issues when not running as administrator. (Of course, if you don't have Windows 8 or higher, then ignore me)

This is true. The Taurus' released for SA are DodgeBoy's with parts ripped from EVI's Taurus. People are just afraid of having their models ripped and parts or the full model being used. -
I don't think there is for dirt specifically, but it's the same as mapping any other texture

All you have to do is simply remap the dirt.

In the .wtd of the CVPI the skins are called cvpi_sign_1 through 4. For the Charger, they are called police_sign_1 through 4.

There's no need to retexture them. They are the same base model and have the same templates. All you have to do is copy police_sign_1 through 4 from the ELS CVPI and replace the ones in the non-ELS CVPI and the same for the Charger.
