Please make sure you are sending the proper RPH Crash Log. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder. This specific log will have your last launched GTA V session in it.

Welcome! You can find their mod list here. I believe the NPC stuff is NPCI? But I could be wrong. I have linked the free version (which doesn't have all the latest features, to my knowledge) but they also have an updated version named "NPCAI" on their Patreon for a fee. Next thing to try is removing the .NET framework and then re-installing them from here.

If you had one installed there, yeah. Unfortunately, without any entry in the log, there is no way for me to tell which xml might be causing that message. Like I said before, you will have to backtrack through your xml's until you find the one causing it.

Check the EUP Menu ini file for any duplicate key entries that need to be unique.

Aside from the PrisonGuard LSPDFR Plugin having a version checker issue, there is not entry in the log relating to this backup xml issue. Best you can do is revert any recent changes you made to xml's and test after each revision.

Try launch GTA V first. Then once fully in story mode, tab out and launch RagePluginHook. See if it launches.

Always from lcpdfr.com. The RagePluginHook website download has been outdated for some time.

While you are still limited to certain stuff, I know that people were using CodeWalker in order to install mods. Not sure if that is still an option or not though.

Unless there is some way to edit the config to make those lights illuminate, then I dont think so.

Doesnt appear to be any crashes in the log. Rename the mods folder to _mods and then test to see if you have any crashes.

Just a side note, it is not recommended to run FiveM and RagePluginHook off the same directory as they can clash at times. I would recommend removing FiveM from this Directory if you will be doing LSPDFR primarily.

It appears that BlueLineScanner crashed. Potentially in relation to StopThePed. To confirm this, can you remove the StopThePed files from where they are installed to and then test and see if it crashes?
