The log you provided does not have any crash pertaining to the lspdfr.ini. What it does specify is this: [5/24/2026 10:47:07 AM.659] Invalid call to console command "LoadPlugin": Parameter "pluginFileName" of console command "LoadPlugin" is not optional, but no argument was specified. This just means that you typed LoadPlugin but didn't specify which plugin to load. If you are still having issues, please send the correct RPH Log. Isnt the police4 vehicle the unmarked one? What if you tried the model designed for police4 and placed it instead to be police3? See if the lights would all function then. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.

What are you using for the handlingID entry for the vehicle and what type of vehicle is the addon vehicle?

Im pretty sure you can just manually adjust brightness in the visualsettings.dat file. If you dont want all those crazy light mods installed.

Yeah it should be working fine. What you can do is try adding that specific keys.ini file to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then restart your PC and test again. See if it registers the keybinds properly.

Can you screenshot the whole window of the file location in which you are editing?

If you have a mods folder, rename it to _mods and then test the game w/ RagePluginHook.

Just to confirm, you actually have a numpad yeah? You arent pressing the numbers that are located above the letters on the keyboard yeah?

That means that one of the xml files in the lspdfr folder in the Main Directory was edited incorrectly. Either revert any recent changes you made or re-install the default xml.

If that isnt changing it, it could stem from a lighting mod that you installed.

If you lower the value, it will lower the brightness. The recommended settings are: car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on 1700.00 car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on 1100.00

Something to keep in mind, scripts are very finnicky to get working. For some users, they will work fine, and others they simply won't. Heck, they might not work one game instance and then you reload the game and it works on the next instance. There isn't really a definitive fix beyond ensuring you have the requirements.

Rename the mods folder to _mods and try again.

Then you can go to the default vehicles.meta and change the HandlingID to be a heavier or lighter vehicle.

Not really. They will just select a new animation after you dismiss them. Sometimes they will go back to whatever activity they were doing prior to you engaging with them, but not all the times.

Looks like a crash when the Terrorism callout from Qwaned Callouts initiated. Potentially due to custom peds/vehicles. Rename the mods folder to _mods and then force the Terrorism callout from Qwaned Callouts to see if it crashes again.

Just as an fyi, ASISupport is used mostly when ScriptHookV hasn't been updated as an alternative to loading whatever uses SHV.

Your file name is not correct. You need to go into Plugins/LSPDFR and make the file name to LSPD First Response.dll. You have a ._ in front of it.
