Go into the Task Manager and close any background tasks relating to Rockstar Games, Grand Theft Auto V, Social Club, or Steam/Epic Games (whichever version of the game you have). Then try opening the launcher again.

The issue is something with the garage at the police station. Most likely in relation to one of the base xmls from LSPDFR. You can try re-downloading manual LSPDFR and take the data folder from lspdfr folder in the downloads and move it into the lspdfr folder in the Main Directory. Do note that this will replace any alterations made to any files in the data folder.

Since you aren't that far along, I recommend cleaning the Main Directory by making it look like the screenshot here. Then verify game files and run normal GTA V and see if it crashes on startup.

Go into GTAV/lspdfr/data/custom and remove duty_selection_eupfr.xml. Then test again.

Which version of GTA V do you have? Steam, EPIC, or Retail?

Please send the RPH Crash Log. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder.
