Ctrl + P in-game to edit the light pattern. Or find that specific XML in ELS/pack_default and edit it there.

Rename mods to _mods and see if the freezing occurs.

That bug happens only in certain places. I would say your issue is resolved.

You can either rename it so it will replace a base vehicle or you need to make your own addon pack for it.

If you mean to create your own ELS xml for a vehicle that doesn't have one, that isn't possible unless the vehicle is ELS-enabled.

Replace Vehicles go into: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\Patchday28g9ec\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf via OpenIV. Addon Vehicle DLC Packs go into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks. Then you copy and paste the appropriate dlclist.xml line into the dlclist.xml in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data. Using addon vehicles may require a customized gameconfig and Heap and Packfile adjusters.

The manual version of LSPDFR comes with the most recent RPH. Or you can get the standalone recent version from the RPH Discord.

Go into Plugins and rename the LSPDFR folder to _LSPDFR and then try loading LSPDFR again.

Looks like an issue with a vehicle. Remove the custom police3 you added and try again.

Make sure your PostFX and Shader Quality is set to at least High in your GTA V settings. In OpenIV, go to: mods > update > update.rpf > common > data. Right click and edit your visualsettings.dat. Change these values accordingly - higher values give brighter lights. I recommend the following: car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on 1700.00 car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on 1100.00

Please send the RPH Crash Log. Its a txt file in the Main Directory named either RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log.
