You don't need to do _ELS anymore as we have determined it's an XML in ELS/pack_default that is causing the issue.

We already know the problem so I dont need any logs. Remove the VCF files one by one and test after each removal. When you find the problem VCF, remove it. You can either try and figure out why that XML is broken or simply not use that vehicle.

Is the ELS folder named _ELS?

Can you screenshot which light you mean?

Please send the RPH Crash Log. Its a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log.

A config wouldn't do much. You need the actual files like I mentioned earlier.

Player models use ytd and ydd files. Not XML. If I had to guess, that XML is some kind of config for ambient spawn to use in UltimateBackup or the default agency.xml.

Re-install manual LSPDFR as you are missing the agency.xml. If the error still occurs, rename mods to _mods and retry. Lastly, the RPH Crash Log is actually in the Main Directory and is a txt file called either RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. Not the one you sent.
