  1. Unfortunately no. If there is no setting in the config for LSPDFR (which there isn't), then that is the sound it will be at. Unless you want to lower the overall game volume.
  2. Re-install RageNativeUI from here. If that still doesn't work, remove dlGlobal from Plugins/LSPDFR.
  3. Y-you can't be serious.... Right. Make sure you only have ONE copy of RageNativeUI in the Main Directory. REMOVE ScriptHookV.NET. And yes...remove ALL FILES of SHV.NET. Riot Response files probably go into Plugins/LSPDFR. And if not there, then just Plugins. If it still isn't working, rename lml to _lml and ModManager to _ModManager.
  4. It is. Please send the full log.
  5. Make sure you have this. Then try again.
  6. You will have to wait for Pyro to respond. I just use the generic ELS settings.
  7. And they are probably using DLS/ELS to set a specific light pattern.
  8. Yes. Because the name of the video was the script name and them testing it. I'm 100% sure.
  9. Which you will never get. So stop focusing on the script. You can either do what Pyro said or be content with the lights you have now.
  10. It is that script as the video you linked is the showcase for it. There isn't one if that script is no longer available. You just have to accept it. Either use generic lights, ELS, DLS, or all blue lighting. Those are the options.
  11. I know what the video is showing. But what I am saying is that it appears that script is no longer available. So if you haven't found an alternative, you are simply out of luck.
  12. Try re-installing the EUP Configs found here.
  13. Haven't ever seen one besides the one which you linked which appears to be no longer available. Like I said already, your best bet is an all blue lighting car. Otherwise, not much more can be done.
  14. Files may not be redistributed. To update your GTA V, delete your GTA5.exe and verify your game files. If you use more than one GTA V folder, you should change the folder names and verify again for each folder. To verify:
  15. My bad, I was responding to the person above my original post who added on. Sorry for the confusion!
  16. Launch GTA V normally first. Then once fully inn-game, tab out and launch RPH and try loading LSPDFR that way.
  17. Unfortunately, if it isn't found anywhere on Google, it probably isn't available to the public anymore. You could try finding a vehicle you like with only blue lights.
  18. If it's crashing on loading, rename mods to _mods and try again.
  19. Why do you need it?
  20. You can use this reference image and remove any files that are not in the picture. Keep in mind, you may want to keep ones like the mods folder if you do not want to get rid of your mods.
  21. I believe that's just something GTA V does. It switches up who you spawn as.
  22. The link for ELS is here. You want version 1.05. Just saw that you were looking for EVL and not ELS. I checked the site linked and couldn't find anything on that. I recommend simply using ELS in it's place. It pretty much functions the same as EVL.
  23. The best way to tell us apart is one has an orange name and one doesn't. 😉
  24. According to the log ELS has loaded. Have you tried pressing J to cycle the stages? Also screenshot where you have installed the XMLs.
