  1. Honestly, first place to start if you aren't sure is to remove all your LSPDFR Plugins and slowly add them back testing after each one. This will help you find where this pursuit is coming from.
  2. Couple of things: 1. Update: Special Callouts and Urban Callouts. Keep in mind that Special Callouts has been discontinued. 2. Remove: Vocal Dispatch. Its incorporated with Grammar Police. 3. Move: CalloutInterfaceAPI from Plugins/LSPDFR to the Main Directory. 4. You are experiencing an error relating to Grammar Police failing to initialize the speech engine recognition. To solve this, consult the IPT FAQ. 5. Go into your CommandLine.txt and remove everything. Then add -windowed and save and exit the document. If you are still experiencing issues after all this, please send a new RPH Log.
  3. We cannot read a "MiniCrashReport". Please send the RPH Crash Log. It's a txt file in the Main Directory called either RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It will NOT be in your Logs folder.
  4. Off that bat, and not sure if this would cause issues, but your vehicle entries for some of the agencies have multiple of the same vehicle in the entry. You should only need one vehicle entry as well as each vehicle having a spawn chance that totals to 100. Additionally, please update Police Menu and Special Callouts. Keep in mind that Special Callouts is discontinued.
  5. Add the Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install the manual version of LSPDFR and restart your PC. Once that is complete, try launching again. If you are still having this error, please consult the RPH FAQ section relating to the error you have for all other known solutions.
  6. Screenshot the folder bit of the Main Directory.
  7. Clean your GTA V folder. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and try again.
  8. Rename mods to _mods and try again. If that works, it is something in the mods folder. You will have to remove what you added one by one until you find the problem.
  9. Launch normal GTA V first. Once fully in-game, tab out and launch RPH.
  10. Rename mods to _mods and try again. If renaming mods to _mods works, name it back to mods and try: Installing the gameconfig by PNWParks as well as the Heap and Packfile Adjusters. If that still doesn't work, you can remove what you added recently one by one and test after each removal. If that still doesn't work, you will have to restart the mods folder.
  11. Re-enable the plugins folder. Go into the CommandLine.txt and clean everything out. Then add -windowed and save and exit the document. Then launch normal GTA V and when you get in-game, tab out and launch RPH.
  12. Screenshot the Main Directory and the ELS/pack_default location.
  13. Yes. The core issue for this lighting thing is a graphics mod. Since police lights and taxi/bus signs share similar lighting.
  14. Start by sending your RPH Crash Log. It's a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log.
  15. In addition to what is said above: 1. Update: Special Callouts (Keep in mind this project is discontinued) 2. Remove: Callout Manager 3. Move: CalloutInterfaceAPI from Plugins/LSPDFR to the Main Directory.
  16. Go in-game and press Ctrl + P while in an ELS vehicle. What happens?
  17. Couple of extra things: 1. Update: Grammar Police and XScanner. 2. Remove: Keep Calm and SuperCallouts2 (this is not needed with the newer version of Super Callouts). 3. Navigate to the lspdfr.ini in the lspdfr folder and change the following to reflect below: MainPreloadAllModels = false
  18. Couple of things: 1. Update: Hypers Callouts, Ransom Ambience, and XScanner. 2. Remove: Belic Callouts and Callout Manager 3. Move CalloutInterfaceAPI from Plugins/LSPDFR to the Main Directory.
  19. You could try going to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data and opening the visualsettings.dat file and changing the following to reflect below: car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on 1700.00 car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on 1100.00
  20. The action point cannot be edited to the best of my knowledge.
  21. Couple of things: 1. Update: Police Menu and Traffic Policer 2. Remove: Callout Manager 3. Revert your Ultimate Backup xml changes. These could be recent changes made to any of the following: DefaultRegions.xml, CustomRegions.xml, or SpecialUnits.xml.
  22. Please send your RPH Crash Log. It's a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log.
