  1. So the console allows you to load up RPH Plugins. LSPDFR is an RPH plugin and as such is either loaded on startup or when you type ReloadAllPlugins. If you could please send your RPH Crash Log. It's a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in your Logs folder. And for future reference, the command to load LSPDFR is LoadPlugin "LSPD First Response" as it needs to have the quotes.
  2. Then disregard the other logs. It's a mods folder issue. If renaming mods to _mods works, rename _mods back to mods and try: Installing the gameconfig, Heap, and Packfile Adjusters. If that still doesnt work, you can remove what you added recently one by one and test after each removal. If that still doesnt work, you will have to restart the mods folder.
  3. Most likely an issue with one of the ELS XMLs or a vehicle model. The problem is, you have over 223 ELS VCFs in there so good luck figuring out which one it is.
  4. Remove your ENB. Then try loading normal GTA V and then RPH.
  5. You still have not updated Ultimate Backup and XScanner. Additionally, go into the lspdfr.ini in the lspdfr folder and change the following to reflect below: AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea = 0 AmbientSpawn.MaxSpawnedCopsInArea = 0
  6. You can thank @Mrsuperx13. Faulty gameconfig led to ELS/trainer not loading.
  7. Couple of things: 1. Update: Police Menu, Ultimate Backup, and XScanner. 2. As per your crash, multiple issues were detected. A Rage.Vehicle issue with SimpleCTRL and a Rage.Ped issue with Super Callouts. Try renaming mods to _mods and seeing if you encounter any further issues.
  8. Please post your RPH Crash Log. Its a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in your Logs folder.
  9. I believe, and don't direct quote me on this, the Dev said it should be considered broken right now.
  10. Looks like an issue with ENB/Reshade. Launch normal GTA V without RPH and load into story mode. Once loaded in, tab out by pressing Alt+Tab and launch RPH.
  11. Couple of things: 1. Update: Ultimate Backup 2. Remove: RiskierTrafficStops 3. Move: CalloutInterfaceAPI from Plugins/LSPDFR to the Main Directory. Additionally, you have errors in the TrafficStopQuestions.xml. Revert any recent changes made. If the error regarding the charges is happening with that specific pack, report it to the Developer.
  12. That is the wrong log. Please post the RPH Crash Log. It's a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder.
  13. Google is your best bet. There are quite a lot of packs out there.
  14. It all depends on whether the vehicle models themselves are ELS-enabled. And only the author of the vehicle can do that.
  15. Go into mods/update/update.rpf/common/data and delete the gameconfig from there. Then make _mods back to mods and see if ELS works.
  16. But did the trainer work when mods was named _mods?
  17. Start by ensuring Everyone Ignore Player and Never Wanted are disabled in your trainer.
  18. Most likely. I would also go into lspdfr/chars/Pablo Rolando.ls and retry if you encounter other errors while running LSPDFR.
  19. mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
  20. It didnt say any of them were fault. But it did only read and enable 11 VCFs.
  21. In OpenIV, go into mods/update/update.rpf/common/data and open the visualsettings.dat. Then change the following entries to reflect below: car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on 1700.00 car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on 1100.00
