  1. If it's a black screen with Loading LSPDFR in the bottom right, see below: Close down your game. Go into the RPH Settings (hold shift after launching RPH, or click the silver cog on the splash screen). Go to the Plugins section. Select the option to load no plugins on startup. Save and launch. Once you're in-game, press F4 > type ReloadAllPlugins. Go on-duty as normal.
  2. Re-install Ultimate Backup. Test the game. If it still works, then add StopThePed.
  3. I would start by adding the Main Directory to the exceptions list for the anti-virus you use. Then re-install OpenIV and restart your PC. Then retry installing what you were attempting to install before.
  4. Can you access the site at all? If so, click the download button as shown in the screenshot, that will allow you to download..
  5. When does it not work? With LSPDFR or normal GTA?
  6. If renaming mods to _mods works, rename _mods back to mods and try: Installing the gameconfig by PNWParks as well as the Heap and Packfile Adjusters. If that still doesnt work, you can remove what you added recently one by one and test after each removal. If that still doesnt work, you will have to restart the mods folder.

  8. Rename mods to _mods and try again. For a bit of housekeeping, go into the CommandLine.txt and clear out everything and add -windowed and save and exit the document.
  9. Your log is unavailable. Please re-upload it.
  10. Honestly, I am stumped on this one. I have tried everything that I know.
  11. Can you try finding a completely different pack and testing it.
  12. Please delete the ScriptHookV.dll, dinput8.dll, ELS.asi, and AdvancedHook.dll from you Main Directory. Add the Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Restart your PC. Re-install all the things previously mentioned and try again.
  13. Clean your Main Directory. Launch GTA V. If it doesnt crash, install manual LSPDFR and try again. If you want to save anything before doing this, move it to your desktop.
  14. Delete your asiloader.log, ELS.log, and ScriptHookV.log. Run the game again and attempt to use them. Then re-send the logs if possible.
  15. Same log again. Please send the asiloader.log.
  16. As long as they are better than the recommended specs for GTA V by a reasonable amount, yes.
  17. If you can run base GTA V comfortably with a bit of extra memory, you will do fine with LSPDFR.
  18. Couple of things: 1. Update: RagePluginHook/LSPDFR, Grand Theft Auto V, and Police Menu. 2. Remove: CountyCalls (including DLGlobal), MoreRadioChatter, and Regular Callouts. To Update GTA V: Delete the GTA5.exe in your GTAV folder. Then verify game files.
  19. Then the log you provided is not recent. You need to run the game again and use ELS for me to have an updated log.
