  1. From the CustomRegions that you sent, I have fixed it. You had two Vehicle start tags in the section mentioned in your log. Here is the file back. Obviously rename and add it. CustomRegions - Copy.xml
  2. I want you to launch just GTA V. What happens?
  3. Tags match up fine on the SpecialUnits. Can you send the CustomRegions.xml to be inspected?
  4. You need to update RageNativeUI. You can do this by dragging the files into the Main Directory. Additionally, go into the CommandLine.txt in the Main Directory and clear out the contents and add -windowed. Then save and exit.
  5. Do you have anything specific you are looking for?
  6. I believe it can be both. You can keep it off, but just know you may run into issues.
  7. Keeping it off may causes crashes with custom vehicles. Cause you have a callout installed that has it packaged in the Plugins/LSPDFR folder.
  8. Not sure how those correlate. But have you considered installing Resource Adjuster to help with texture loss?
  9. I'm simply giving you some quality of life suggestions that may help you down the road. As PursuitPack has been known to cause issues with users.
  10. Your POLICE3 custom vehicle has an invalid model has of 0x71fa16ea. Please reset any modifications made to the vehicles.meta that you edited. You can find the original vehicles.meta in update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5. Additionally, 1. Update: IG Callouts and Immersive Ambient Events. 2. Go into your lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below: Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true 3. Open the CommandLine.txt in the Main Directory and remove everything inside of it and insert -windowed. Then save and exit the document.
  11. Couple of things: 1. Update: Beachfront Callouts 2. Remove: BaitCar, FBI Callouts, HeliAssistance, VocalDispatch (now integrated with GrammarPolice), Wilderness Callouts. 3. Move CalloutInterfaceAPI, IPT.Common, and RageNativeUI to the Main Directory from Plugins/LSPDFR. 4. Open the CommandLine.txt in the Main Directory and remove all the contents and add -windowed. Then save and exit the document. Try again. If you are still having issues, rename mods to _mods and see if the crashes persist.
  12. Let's start with the basics by renaming mods to _mods and then see if it crashes.
  13. Couple of things: 1. Update: Hypers Callouts, JM Callouts Remastered, and Ransom Ambience. 2. Remove: Callout Manager and HeliAssistance. 3. Open the CommandLine.txt in the Main Directory and remove everything inside it and insert -windowed. Save and close the file. 4. You have errors in one or more of the XML files (DefaultRegions, CustomRegions, or SpecialUnits) of Ultimate Backup. Please revert any changes made.
  14. To add on to what Charlie said, I recommend removing PursuitPack. Additionally, go into your lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below: Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true If you are still encountering the 'Object Reference not set to an instance of an object" error after trying the above, rename mods to _mods and give it another go.
  15. If there was a way to force it, the settings entry would be found here.
  16. If the mods attempt doesnt work, please send the correct log. Its a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log.
  17. You can try launching the game normally first and then once in-game, tabbing out and opening RPH. I believe that is the workaround regarding enbseries.
  18. Add the file back. Rename ELS to _ELS and try again.
  19. Works fine for me. I would suggest making your own support thread if you have issues.
  20. Neither of those use ScriptHookV.
  21. You can try using the Resource Adjuster found here to help with texture loss. As for the crashing, rename mods to _mods and see if the issue persists.
  22. I'm not sure what you want us to tell you then. If you are aware it is NVE, and have tested and confirmed it is NVE, then the best anyone can say is ensure you are using the recommended settings. Beyond that, you have installed pretty much everything that helps with texture loss.
