  1. Rename mods to _mods and try again. If renaming mods to _mods works, rename _mods back to mods and try: Installing the gameconfig, Heap, and Packfile Adjusters. If that still doesn't work, you can remove what you added recently one by one and test after each removal. If that still doesn't work, you will have to restart the mods folder.
  2. Go into the lspdfr.ini in the lspdfr folder and change the following to reflect below: Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true Networking.DisableDiscordRichPresence = true PoliceStation.DisableAmbientSpawn = true Frisking.DisableCovid19Items = true Callouts.DisableBigRadar = true AmbientSpawn.DisableRandomUnits = true Main.PreloadAllModels = false WorldEvents.MaxNumberOfEvents = 0 Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true
  3. Couple of things: 1. Update: Assorted Callouts, Definitive Callouts, Grammar Police, Kuchera callouts, SuperCallouts, and Urban Callouts. 2. Remove: Callout Manager and Traffic Callouts. 3. Move: Traffic Policer files from Plugins to Plugins/LSPDFR. 4. Go into the lspdfr folder and open the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below: Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea = 0 AmbientSpawn.MaxSpawnedCopsInArea = 0
  4. Go into ELS/pack_default and remove: fbi.xml.
  5. Still missing or have incorrectly installed Spotlight. Re-add the Ambient spawn entry I posted above. It still isnt entered.
  6. To add on to what cherry said, you have LSPD First Response files installed to Plugins/LSPDFR. They are supposed to go in Plugins.
  7. Couple things: 1. Remove: BaitCar and HeliAssistance 2. Go into your lspdfr folder and open the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below: Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true If you are still having issues, send the log that Charlie mentioned.
  8. Go into your CommandLine.txt in the Main Directory. Clear the contents and then add -windowed. Then save and exit. Try again.
  9. Couple of things: 1. Update: Basic Callouts 2. Remove: ALPRPlus, AmbientAICallouts, Code 3 Callouts, County Callouts, MoreRadioChatter, Officer Status Plugin, PeterUCallouts, Riskier Traffic Stops, SaferChasesRPH, and Traffic Callouts. 3. Move: CalloutInterfaceAPI from Plugins/LSPDFR to your Main Directory. 4. Go into the lspdfr folder and open the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below: Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true
  10. Can you describe the issue more? How is it not working? Also, in your lspdfr.ini you need to set the following: Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true
  11. You have no closing tag after line 232. Click on the end of the entry on 232 and press enter. Then type </Vehicles>
  12. You have an XML error. It's either UltimateBackup or StopThePed. It's "The 'Vehicles' start tag on line 223 position 6".
  13. Glad I could help!
  14. Couple Things: 1. Update: Computer+ 2. Remove: Traffic Control 3. You are missing files for Computer+. Please re-install using the above link.
  15. You may have to figure out how to edit that ybn to change the value for it. Not by deleting it.
  16. Like I said, its an issue with the mod. Not much we can do other than go to that comments section and read the comments to help solve it. Keep in mind that YMAPS, and map additions in general are very buggy most often and barely work. The one thing I did find in the comments was "Yes, finally got it to stop crashing when going up to the first bridge to the cultist camp by removing that .ybn collision in the mod." You could try that and see if it helps.
  17. Then you dont change it in the agency.xml. You change it in either the DefaultRegions or CustomRegions file in Plugins/LSPDFR/UltimateBackup.
  18. I will make this simpler for you so you don't have to send any files. Go into the lspdfr folder in the Main Directory. Open the lspdfr.ini. Edit/Add the following to reflect below: Main.PreloadAllModels = False After that, if you are still experiencing crashes on startup, rename mods to _mods and try again.
  19. Beyond the xml error you are experiencing, you are also missing the HeliAssistance.dll. Re-install HeliAssistence or fully remove it. Additionally, you are trying to load LSPDFR more than once. If you are loading it on startup, you dont need to load it once in-game. Lastly, go into the lspdfr folder and open the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below: Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true
  20. If it's a well known bug, there isnt much we can do. I suggest trying what the people in the comments have said to fix the issue.
  21. Are you using Ultimate Backup?
  22. Couple of things: 1. Update: Traffic Policer 2. Remove: Immersive Dispatch (comes with Grammar Police), Traffic Callouts, and WoutersCalloutsV. 3. Go into the lspdfr folder and open the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below: Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true
  23. Clean your Main Directory. Then verify game files. Test the game. If it doesnt crash, re-install manual LSPDFR.
  24. Couple of things: 1. Update: Better Presence and Callout Interface. 2. Remove: Callout Manager 3. Go into your lspdfr folder and open the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below: AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea = 0 AmbientSpawn.MaxSpawnedCopsInArea = 0
