  1. Start by running just LSPDFR for a bit. Remove all other plugins. Then slowly add them back one at a time and test after each addition to see where the problems start occuring.
  2. Make sure you have RageNativeUI installed to the Main Directory.
  3. Add your GTA V Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart PC. Then try again. If you are still having that issue, consult the RPH FAQ.
  4. Again, scripts are very funky. For some they work fine, for others they don't work at all.
  5. Once you have the latest one downloaded, you can skip installing it with the other plugins. SuperCallouts should have the updated version of RNUI.
  6. If renaming mods to _mods works, rename _mods back to mods and try: Installing the gameconfig, Heap, and Packfile Adjusters. If that still doesnt work, you can remove what you added recently one by one and test after each removal. If that still doesnt work, you will have to restart the mods folder.
  7. Now install ELS and one ELS enabled vehicle. Then test ELS.
  8. It's a lot easier to fix one problem at a time. I want to fix the LSPDFR version issue first. Clean your Directory. If you have anything you want to save, put it on your desktop for now.
  9. Okay here is what we will do. Clean your Main Directory out so that it looks like the appropriate section below. Then run the game. If it runs fine, install manual LSPDFR and then test RPH. See what happens.
  10. Couple of things: 1. Remove: BaitCar and HeliAssistance 2. Rename mods to _mods and retry.
  11. Couple of things: 1. Update: Automatic Roadblocks, Forestry Callouts, Immersive Ambient Events, and The Feed Flusher. 2. Remove: OfficerPorciPlugin and Road Incident Callouts 3. Go to: GTAV/Plugins and remove the EUP folder (make a backup first). Then reload EUPMenu ingame and test. 4. There is an error in TrafficStopQuestions.xml. Revert any changes made recently or get the default one.
  12. You can try re-installing SimpleHUD and the required files. The issue is that it is a scripts. And scripts honestly work or dont work on a user to user basis.
  13. Do you have LemonUI, SHV.NET, and SHV installed?
  14. 1. Make sure the game is closed. 2. Select the Main Directory. Right Click. Properties. Security tab. Then select the appropriate User and give it Full Control. Restart PC and then attempt to move the file again.
  15. This one if you are using the addon dlcpack by Albo.
  16. Yes. You would just need the appropriate metas to accompany it.
  17. If renaming mods to _mods works, rename _mods back to mods and try: Installing the gameconfig, Heap, and Packfile Adjusters. If that still doesnt work, you can remove what you added recently one by one and test after each removal. If that still doesnt work, you will have to restart the mods folder.
  18. Install this version of ScriptHookV.NET and see if that helps.
  19. Just to toss onto Charlie's solution, I would strongly recommend removing Epic Events and Rich Ambience as you may encounter issues further down the line using them.
  20. That isn't how that works. If they dont have the original Immersive Dispatch files, then they will have to use Grammar Police as Immersive Dispatch is no longer available.
  21. After the 0.4 update and character customization, they removed the other agencies. If you want more agencies, I suggest EUP and Ultimate Backup (+ configs). That way you get more selection. Notice: Make sure you install all requirements for each plugin/mod.
