Don't open it as Administrator. If you need to allow it access, you change the Permissions by right clicking the Main Directory folder, selecting Permissions, and then the Security tab. Then select the profile you wish to change and give it Full Access. Then re-install OpenIV and restart PC. Then try again.

We do not need the crash report. Send the RPH Crash log. It's a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder.

Potential missing files. But nothing wrong with STP in general.

Couple of things: 1. Remove: BaitCar, Heli Assistance, Pursuit Pack, and Riskier Traffic Stops. 2. Re-install: Callout Interface, Immersive Ambient Events, Ransom Ambience, StopThePed, and Ultimate Backup. You are either missing files or have incorrectly installed them.

Try installing the Resource Adjuster and see if that helps with the map not loading.
