The game crashes after about 30-45 minutes of LSPDFR gameplay. I swear this is like 98% fixing issues and 2% actually playing anymore. RagePluginHook.log

I recently downloaded NVE. It has caused LSPDFR to crash when I try to load it from the RPH console commands (loadplugin LSPD First Response.dll) I have tried gameconfig, heap adjuster, pack file limit adjuster, and resource adjuster. I see people on YouTube use both LSPDFR and NVE without issue and I want to try to make it work. RagePluginHook.log

Does anyone know of a LAPD/LAPD Based FPIU that is a replace file and ELS compatible? I'm trying to find one with a push bar, steel hub wheels, and a Valor lightbar. It can be a texture as long as the vehicle has those extras and is a replace.

Last night I played LSPDFR for three hours with 0 crashes or issues. This afternoon I clicked RPH to launch and it came up with an error that said "Steam failed to initialize. Please verify that the steam client is running and try again". The Rockstar launcher fails to launch when this error occurs but will launch without RPH. I was able to launch and play every other game except GTA V. I have reinstalled RPH, updated GTA V, reverted GTA V, verified the integrity of the game files, restarted the computer, turned on and off threat protection, ran everything I could as administrator and tried without any mods.

Im very new to Pc gaming, modding and LSPDFR. I’m looking for a tutorial video on how to add multiple vehicle packs that correspond with the different agencies. Currently I have one pack downloaded which is the LCSO pack by Ripple. I’d like to add an LSPD pack and a SAHP pack. I’d like them to have the LSPD vehicles spawn in the city and the LCSO spawn in the county outside of the city. I would also like the SAHP pack to spawn on the the interstates to replace the vanilla highway patrol motorcycles. I’m currently using ultimate back up and was hoping I could have SAHP show up when I call for state back up, LSPD show up when I call for back up in the city, and LCSO show up when I’m outside the city limits. Similar to in the vanilla game when you have wanted levels in different areas of the map. I’d also like to be able to drive these vehicles in case I want to do a highway patrol, city, or county play.
