Send the RPH Crash Log. It's a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in your Logs folder.

If renaming mods to _mods works, rename it back to mods and do the following: 1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster. 2. If that doesnt work, remove what you added recently one by one and test after each removal. 3. If you still cannot find the issue, you will have to restart the mods folder.

If you have ScriptHookV.NET installed, please try using this version and see if you crash.

Add EUP Menu back and send an updated log after it crashes.

What you need to be doing is: 1. Add the GTA V Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart your PC. After completing those steps, should they not work and you still have the same error, please consult pages 3-5 of the RPH FAQ.

Couple of things: 1. Suggested Removal: IG Callouts 2. Update your RageNativeUI by dragging the xml and dll files into the Main Directory. 3. You have a custom vehicle with an invalid hash. Revert any recent vehicle.meta changes you made.

If you are still crashing, I suggest a re-install of Ultimate Backups' Custom Regions.xml as it looks like that may have been the cause.

Start by downloading a few callouts and then test your game. Best way to find when something breaks is to install stuff slowly.

Start by loading up normal GTA V. Then once in storymode, tab out and launch RPH. If that still doesnt work, rename mods to _mods and try again.

If it is the black screen that has "Loading LSPDFR" in the bottom right, try the following: 1. Close your game. 2. Open the RPH Settings Menu. (You can do this by holding Shift after launching RPH or click the silver cog on the RPH splash screen when it appears.) 3. Go to the Plugins tab and select nothing to load on startup. 4. Once fully in-game via RPH, press F4 and then type ReloadAllPlugins. Then proceed to go on-duty.

I'm pretty sure this might actually have to do with Rage Euphoria. Could always try a re-install of that.

Couple of things: 1. Go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below: Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true 2. As per your error, rename mods to _mods and try again.

Best thing to do is work backwards with what you installed recently and test after removing stuff one-by-one.

While I cannot fully answer for Management, I would assume it has to do with it being abused.

BetterEMS works just fine. It is not outdated. Wilderness Callouts should be removed.

Just to make it a little more easier to find for others, OP solved the issue by changing PoliceStation.DisableAmbientSpawn setting in the lspdfr.ini to False.
