The RPH Log wont show issues relating to ELS. If the original poster could add ELS back and rename the ELS folder to _ELS and test.

Yes, that is what you will have to do. As one of their entries in the vehicles.meta is messing with LSPDFR or a plugin.

Move the file Microsoft.Expression.Drawing from Plugins/LSPDFR to the Main Directory. 3. RealisticTaser is missing audio files. Please re-install it. 4.
