Move the file Microsoft.Expression.Drawing from Plugins/LSPDFR to the Main Directory. 3. RealisticTaser is missing audio files. Please re-install it. 4. If it is still crashing after all that, rename mods to _mods and try again.

If renaming mods to _mod works, name it back to mods and do the following: 1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster. 2. If that doesnt work, remove what you have added recently and test after each removal. 3. If all that doesnt work, you will have to restart the mods folder.
