    Hey, I have a problem. For around 1-2 years, I haven't been able to play LSPD:FR because whenever I try to load into RPH, it crashes with the error message "Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus...". I've tried various solutions that I found on the internet, such as making an exception in Windows Defender, disabling it, reinstalling GTA, reinstalling LSPD:FR, and disabling in-game overlays, but nothing has worked. Can someone help me here?
