start gta via rph first, once its loaded load in LSPDFR manually. That means you have to disable autoload on LSPDFR first.

Are you trying to spawn a modded vehicle, which you installed? or is it a gta default vehicle? can you spawn other vehicles?

it looks like you have to much hooks in settings, you cannot run ragepluzginhook with directx 10, 10.1 and 11. Command line option "DX10" is specified twice. Please remove one. Maybe you installed software, that brings an older ragenativeui version, actually this "fault" is frequently questioned.

This has to do with LSPDFR software. Not everyone is happy with the pit now, but it was adjusted, because in earlier versions it was too easy to pit.
