to open the file, you need winrar or 7zip. right click the file and say open with... and choose winrar or 7zip

Do you have a file named EasyHook.dll in your gta directory? If yes, add your whole gta to exception in antivirus.

The Plugin ClearTheWayV threw an error: The remote name could not be resolved: 'gtav.keyedinsoftware.org' It tried to get an connection to the link (for updating), but failed and then crashed.

I'm currently using GTAVLauchnerBypass. It only works when your game is not updated yet, you can't go back to an older version.

you have an old lspdfr version, update LSPDFR and RPH, that comes with it.

since we dont know what is causing your crash, you can disable your mods folder by renaming it to _mods and try again playing seeing if it still crashes.

do you have els? is the car a els compatible car? scripthookv is required to make els work, but scripthookv needs to be updated to work because of the new patch
